To say that they pay a lot of attention to gluten-free is a bit exaggerated since the waiter hardly spoke Italian and didn't know that I couldn't eat flour. But apart from that, I have to be honest, after the initial approach where I was terrified, I decided to trust them because I saw their willingness to understand and because I had read comments on this app. So in the end, I ate a lot, well, and new things for me, and I had no gluten issues, which means that the chef probably knows what he’s doing. In conclusion, I recommend trying it, but maybe before sitting down, it’s better to talk to the owner.
