The restaurant has a wide and well-stocked gluten-free section, and they also have gyoza which I had never eaten before. The dishes are excellent and beautiful to look at, with careful attention given to gluten-free service.

For some time now, they have a special section on the menu from which you can order an excellent variety of gluten-free dishes; the quality definitely ranks among the highest of all-you-can-eat options.

To say that they pay a lot of attention to gluten-free is a bit exaggerated since the waiter hardly spoke Italian and didn't know that I couldn't eat flour. But apart from that, I have to be honest, after the initial approach where I was terrified, I decided to trust them because I saw their willingness to understand and because I had read comments on this app. So in the end, I ate a lot, well, and new things for me, and I had no gluten issues, which means that the chef probably knows what he’s doing. In conclusion, I recommend trying it, but maybe before sitting down, it’s better to talk to the owner.
