I ordered two gluten-free pizzas, one margherita and the other red. The wait was short, the pizzas were quite good: soft dough but there was a lot of tomato. Each was €8. For the first courses, in addition to rice, there were gluten-free tortellini and tortelloni. The maximum price is €10 👍

There is a possibility to eat a good gluten-free pizza, but it’s a shame about the limited choice between Margherita, white, or red. The dough is delicious, and the gluten-free first courses seemed exquisite. It’s unfortunate about the long wait for the gluten-free pizza while waiting for the oven to heat up. I recommend reserving the gluten-free pizza dough portion. The location in the center of Maranello is nice, and the staff is kind and available, even though you can't distinguish the waiters from the customers.
