good gluten-free pizza, cooked in the same oven with aluminum trays. Taken away and we didn't have any problems with contamination.

Rudeness, ignorance, and arrogance reign supreme in this restaurant. I am celiac. During the reservation, my boyfriend was told that the gluten-free pizza was cooked in the same oven as the gluten pizzas. As soon as I sat at the table, as a precaution (as I always do), I kindly asked a waiter if the gluten-free pizza was cooked in a different oven from the others (for gluten contamination), and the waiter reassured me, telling me that gluten-free pizzas are cooked in a separate oven and, moreover, adding that their chef has a Michelin star, his exact words were, "Imagine if the chef cooks the gluten-free pizza in the same oven as the others, it wouldn’t make sense." Later, sitting near the pizza oven, I noticed that my pizza was being prepared by the same pizzaiolo as the gluten pizzas and then was cooked in the same oven. Once cooked, the pizza was taken 3 seconds into the kitchen and from there was served to me, passing it off as pizza cooked in the kitchen. At that point, I informed what appeared to be the owner who served me that I could not eat that pizza, as it had not been prepared and cooked separately from gluten contamination. Initially, the lady tried in vain to find some very embarrassing excuses. Then, I and the other people present at the table informed her of what the waiter had told us, who, in the meantime, approached the table, apologizing for the misunderstanding. Conversely, the owner began to shout and, walking away, called me an idiot and told me to get lost, yelling across the room that I could also get up and leave.
