Special quality of the dishes and lovely owners. They prepared all the appetizers with regular bread separately and I was served excellent homemade gluten-free bread made with rice flour. The menu offers many gluten-free options.

Tonight we dined at this restaurant in Fiesole that truly won us over! We ordered two appetizers, two main courses, and a dessert to share, and we were impressed by the high quality of each dish: fresh ingredients, balanced flavors, and careful presentations. I am gluten intolerant and had no trouble finding really tasty dishes that accommodated my allergies. All of this was accompanied by kind and attentive service, in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The final surprise? The bill was more than fair for the quality received. An experience I highly recommend to anyone looking for good Tuscan cuisine (and not just that)!

Super positive experience! My partner (gluten intolerant) and I had dinner at this restaurant in Fiesole and we were very pleased. The staff was very kind and well-informed about dietary needs. We had two appetizers (tuna belly carpaccio and pork terrine), two main courses (stuffed chicken neck and rare sliced beef with roasted potatoes), a glass of red wine each, a dessert to share (chocolate mousse, truly special), and two coffees. Everything was delicious, well presented, and with the right portions. Honest bill: €50 per person. Calm and well-kept atmosphere. Recommended for a quality dinner with attention to those with intolerances!
