Places with very good vegan and gluten-free options. Medium-high prices, but it's a good alternative to eat something different in the center of Rovereto.

Great service but when it comes to food, it leaves something to be desired.. We had breakfast and lunch here, driven by excitement for a place with so many vegan options.. I’m sorry to say that if an omnivore's first experience with vegan cuisine is this, they will be very disappointed and discouraged!! Breakfast: the brioche is served warm, which is definitely a plus. We took a "normal" one, which was a bit chewy but overall good and well-filled, and a vegan one, more like a sweet bread than a flaky croissant.. The vegan flavor was nothing special, just sweet bread. The hazelnut cream was abundant, which scored it some points. The cappuccino was bad, tasted watered down. Lunch: we tried a gluten-free pizza that was really fluffy, the dough was super soft but the topping left something to be desired. For main courses, we had a vegan lasagna and a spinach roll. The roll was okay, without any notable characteristics. However, the lasagna with soy meat sauce was not great.. it was swimming in oil (this confirms what has been written in other reviews), and was practically just a layer of pasta.. béchamel is the easiest to veganize and these lasagnas were without it, and the soy meat sauce had so little soy that it was probably from ready-made jars, which is practically just tomato sauce with a few bits here and there... Lunch was saved by the coffee cream and dessert; my partner had the pandolce which was served with powdered sugar; like the brioche, it wasn’t very flavorful, if it had been filled it might have scored points. I had the linzer which was really special, very good. Recommended!

Wonderful surprise! Found by chance while walking through Rovereto, we had an excellent breakfast and returned for lunch as well. Great care in the selection of fresh products, preparations, and drinks. A wide variety of gluten-free and lactose-free food options. The staff is helpful and courteous without being intrusive; they even provide cups of water for small children. Well done!!!!

Bakery that also offers herbal teas and daily dishes, perfect for a break or a quick lunch while seated at the colorful tables. Vegetarian, vegan dishes, and some gluten-free options like the vegetable lasagna are truly recommendable. Prices are not cheap but justify the high-quality products and the central location. Friendly and quick service. Highly recommended.
