In the heart of Palermo, an innovative venue with local and quality products. They have gluten-free bread. I have returned twice.

I enjoyed a really good hamburger; and the panelle were delicious!! Prices are average. Giuseppe, the waiter who served us, was very kind. They paid a lot of attention to gluten-free options, and I really liked the setting; the menu, Italianized in English, was fun 😄. I recommend it.

I ordered a gluten-free Bec Burgher and some spicy potatoes, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent taste of the hamburger! The staff is very attentive, and they also have some delicious gluten-free desserts! A must-stop for all celiacs visiting Palermo 😍

Many products available, including gluten-free options. Although the place was not AIC certified, attention is given to the preparation of gluten-free items. I tried a delicious gluten-free sandwich (in the photo). Normal prices. Absolutely recommended!

Exceptional, starting from the environment and the concept of the 'maccheronic' English that I find brilliant. Super kind and available service, with great attention to allergies and dietary needs (there's a lot of choice even for gluten-free). Excellent food, with very carefully selected ingredients and practically everything is zero-kilometer, all artisanal including an excellent basil-flavored beer that I loved! Really excellent!

We had a gluten-free dinner, everything was excellent, from the cold cuts platter to the gluten-free sandwiches and also the gluten-free dessert.

Nothing negative to say. Everything was delicious and excellent, from the food to the service. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest details, even when faced with requests for intolerances, I had many varieties of choices on what to take from the menu despite this. It truly deserves a lot!

Today we had a quick lunch at the office with colleagues; we had several really good, crunchy, and tasty gluten-free appetizers. Two BEC Burgherpizzas, one of which was gluten-free, very good as always.

Fud is a place with a delicious menu in the heart of Palermo. My friends and I had their famous burgers, which we all loved very much (specifically an Italiano Burger Delacs, a Parmigiana Burger, and two Cranci Veg). I recommend it for both the vast and innovative menu, which features various gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options.
