The staff is very kind and professional. They use a really good gluten-free dough. There is a wide choice on the menu, they serve the pizza on a plate of a different color (and the staff informs you about this). You can book a table online, and at the time of booking, you can specify how many celiacs will be at the table. Really well organized, I'm happy to have tried this place. I will definitely go back.

the pizza was very good, they brought it to me first to avoid contamination. I’m not sure they had a separate oven.

Make a reservation! We arrived before opening and there were already about 15 people waiting. Within minutes of opening, another line had formed, so this place fills up fast. The menu is very well labeled, making it easy to identify vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and pork-free options. They also offer gluten-free and vegan pizzas, which is great for groups with different dietary needs. We ordered the Funnaco pizza, which was incredible. The slightly sweet yellow tomato sauce with fresh mozzarella and basil was simple but delicious. We also had the Margherita with a traditional Neapolitan-style crust, which was light, airy, and perfectly chewy. We started with a salad and ordered the "chips," which are actual potato chips/crisps, not French fries, so that's good to know before ordering. Nikola and Martin took great care of us and recommended a light Sicilian red wine that paired perfectly with the meal. They were friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Great food, a thoughtfully labeled menu, excellent service, and a fun atmosphere. It's easy to see why this place stays so busy. I would absolutely come back.
