We had dinner at this restaurant which has the option to make the entire menu gluten-free. The service was really fast, sometimes the waiter was a bit distracted, but very friendly. We were treated really well and the typical Florentine food was delicious (cured meats platter, Florentine steak, and tripe). There were also many gluten-free options for desserts, but unfortunately only one lactose-free option (but that pistachio semifreddo absolutely made me not miss the rest). The price was really competitive!

Finally, a restaurant where gluten-free options don't seem like a fallback or a limitation. In fact, the menu is entirely GF, with fresh and really good products, except for a few exceptions. You can eat everything without problems, especially for those with celiac disease, without sacrificing taste and choices for everyone. The experience was made even more enjoyable thanks to the welcoming and attentive staff. Highly recommended not only for GF needs but also to enjoy excellent dishes from the local cuisine. Well done!

out of bounds! this is a must stop in Florence. our server, Alessandro, was incredible! we had an incredible experience. for our florentine steak, they bring it to the table and show you it before; then bring it out and cut right at table side. everything except one pasta can be made gluten free. I can not say it enough, come here! hopefully you get Alessandro as well, he was great!

While visiting Florence we wanted to try a restaurant that caters to Gluten Free. This restaurant has a dedicated GF kitchen and is AIC CERTIFIED. They’re are many restaurants in the area that offer a Gluten Free pizza crust at their regular restaurant but those are pre-made and frozen. While I can appreciate that in a pinch. It was a pleasure to dine here knowing that they make their own pasta and pizza crusts daily. My husband ordered the Ossobuco and it was nicely done and a very large portion. We thought the prices were very reasonable and the portions generous. The staff are attentive and will work to make your dining experience enjoyable. They have been open since 2007. Indoor and outdoor seating. You can’t go wrong here even if you are a mix of GF and non Gluten Free.

Highly recommended. If you pass through the area, I highly recommend this restaurant. Excellent attention to customers, especially very well-prepared for gluten-free (also for those who are allergic); in fact, being part of the AIC circuit, they have a dedicated kitchen, separate from the main one. Great pasta with wild boar ragù and truly exceptional Florentine steak. Moreover, the staff is very friendly and kind.

The location is very nice, the entire menu is available gluten-free! Extremely safe as the kitchen is separate. I only tried the coccoli and the tagliatelle. Everything was very good! I would like to return to taste the entire menu. As for lactose-free options, more could be done, as they only have mozzarella for the pizza at the moment.

For dinner, a fantastic gluten-free stuffed calzone. For lunch, ribollita and fiorentina, exquisite desserts... don't miss the fruit basket. The evening started with the very friendly Corrado who convinced my brother and me to enter, then offered us two glasses of prosecco. We were served by Edoardo, very nice and professional in explaining the menu, especially for me since I am celiac. Everything was great! It wasn't the first time I came here and I will return!

Great for those like me who are gluten and lactose intolerant (there are also many vegan options). The pizza dough, although gluten-free, is handmade and delicious, not heavy and extremely soft; the tomato sauce on the pizzas is superb, not acidic and sweet, making it perfect for mopping up. Welcoming atmosphere and very kind staff. I highly recommend trying it if you get the chance; you definitely won't regret it.

A super honest place where you can eat practically everything gluten-free! 90% of you reading this review probably already know that because you searched for it, so I'll tell you: gluten-free coccoli are really good, almost as if they weren't gluten-free, and the tagliatelle with wild boar ragù didn't fall apart after the first forkful, you know what I mean 😉. As for the rest, the restaurant is very large, there are plenty of seats (I strangely managed to take some photos of the empty hall), but the staff doesn't forget about you, which is something you shouldn't take for granted in this type of place. The reviews didn't lie!

We had lunch at this wonderful restaurant where we were immediately welcomed with warmth and courtesy. Corrado accompanied us to a table inside with a view of the outside, which I really appreciated. Beautiful restaurant in a strategic area in Florence, but above all with many gluten-free alternatives, with certification! It was my salvation for the weekend, so much so that I returned two nights in a row. The food is quite good, the dishes are tasty and there are also many dessert alternatives. The staff is kind and helpful, although perhaps a bit hurried. The atmosphere is calm and it has a true tavern feel. I recommend it!
