Finally, a restaurant where gluten-free options don't seem like a fallback or a limitation. In fact, the menu is entirely GF, with fresh and really good products, except for a few exceptions. You can eat everything without problems, especially for those with celiac disease, without sacrificing taste and choices for everyone. The experience was made even more enjoyable thanks to the welcoming and attentive staff. Highly recommended not only for GF needs but also to enjoy excellent dishes from the local cuisine. Well done!

out of bounds! this is a must stop in Florence. our server, Alessandro, was incredible! we had an incredible experience. for our florentine steak, they bring it to the table and show you it before; then bring it out and cut right at table side. everything except one pasta can be made gluten free. I can not say it enough, come here! hopefully you get Alessandro as well, he was great!

Everything gluten-free, but very commercial and quite confusing. The dishes are good but not exceptional, and there is little customer care due to the number of customers.

A restaurant that may seem touristy (many organized groups have lunch there) but in reality, the attention to the customer is meticulous and the service is very fast! Typical Tuscan food is delicious!

The location is very nice, the entire menu is available gluten-free! Extremely safe as the kitchen is separate. I only tried the coccoli and the tagliatelle. Everything was very good! I would like to return to taste the entire menu. As for lactose-free options, more could be done, as they only have mozzarella for the pizza at the moment.

Certified AIC locale with a gluten-free menu that is identical to the regular one, and as soon as you enter they ask if you have allergies or intolerances. Both the pizza and the à la carte menu are exceptional, with really delicious and well-prepared ingredients. I felt very comfortable with the staff, who were very fun and kind! 🫶🏻
