Wide selection for celiac customers: pizza, pinsa, and homemade pasta. Additionally, all desserts are gluten-free. The venue is large, very busy, and tends to get noisy. Very reasonable prices for evenings in company. You eat well in a welcoming, unpretentious environment.

a vast selection for celiacs, including pasta, pizza, and pinsa. a very nice place with friendly staff. the only thing I recommend is to specify gluten-free, because unfortunately gluten-containing bread was brought by mistake

A very friendly pizzeria on the outskirts of Imola. The menu is varied and there is a gluten-free option for every dish. The establishment is part of the Italian Celiac Association (AIC), having separate facilities for preparing gluten-free dishes, avoiding any contamination. The pizzas are presented in a very similar Roman style, crunchy and tasty, light yet filling. The staff is kind and friendly. Prices are below average. We were pleasantly satisfied, recommended!

I went to Pit Stop because, being gluten intolerant, it's a reference point in Imola. The gluten-free pizza is flavorful, soft, and tasty, definitely one of the best I’ve eaten in the area. The atmosphere is family-friendly, and it's truly commendable to see a group of young people working. I will definitely return to try the pasta (also gluten-free) and everything else 🤗

Great business lunch, friendly staff and welcoming place. The best gluten-free pinsa I have ever had in my life. I will definitely come back!

We booked the paella for 3, a really good dish that is worth it and truly abundant! Short waiting times. The only thing that could be improved is the service. But we will return because the pizzas are also very good and gluten-free.

Top experience! We had delicious gluten-free pizza and pinsa. Soft dough and super fresh ingredients. There’s a menu completely dedicated to gluten-free options. Friendly, kind, and very helpful staff :) Thank you

On August 10th, we visited the Imola racetrack. Guests of the Olimpia hotel, we found this pizzeria restaurant just 50 meters away; we decided to try it as it was very close to the hotel. Great experience! We couldn't have made a better choice: we finally found a pizza that was truly digestible, with excellent ingredients and good mozzarella, not that hard and "sticky" kind... Highly recommended place, there is also a great variety of traditional Emilian first courses and their "crescentina fritta" is delicious. Various cured meats and excellent, we have never had such good ones! We recommend trying the "Bocconcini di speck arrostito with buffalo mozzarella, arugula, and oranges". Lastly, it's important to note that the place is attentive to celiacs and has ample parking.

Welcoming and well-maintained place. Super kind, friendly, and attentive staff. A wide variety of gluten-free options, including first courses with fresh pasta; the potato gnocchi that melt in your mouth must be tried, as well as pizzas, crescentine, and gluten-free bread. They are very careful about contamination and make you feel at ease right upon your arrival. Separate kitchen without contamination for gluten-free dishes. I ate very well and will definitely return. Compliments!

In May, the venue changed its historic management, and I was very pleased to learn that they would continue to offer gluten-free cuisine, so I went to see if anything had changed. I must say that I have always had a great experience, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it's even better now! The crescentine are delicious, and the pizza is truly excellent, well-cooked while remaining soft and generously topped. I spoke with the owner, a very kind and helpful person, who told me about his desire to focus even more on gluten-free offerings. They have renewed and expanded their gluten-free lab, adding fresh homemade pasta as well. I also want to mention that the prices are fair.

The Roman gluten-free pinza, which I tried for the first time, was a unique experience. The restaurant is well-equipped for gluten-free cooking with a dedicated and well-thought-out menu. But the regular cuisine is good too. The dry passatelli were excellent. We ordered two identical pinzas, one gluten-free. You can't tell the difference from the photos. And that says it all. The price is reasonable. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind.
