In fast food style, it’s a great idea to create a risotto bar. The environment is well-maintained, clean, and the staff is very kind and helpful; it is part of the AIC network, which is a guarantee. An excellent alternative for a quick lunch when passing through Turin.

Very good dishes, they also have gluten-free breakfasts with cakes and focaccias. Clean and very nice place, very kind staff and delicious risottos. I come back often.

Great idea for a fast food-style risotto restaurant, verified by AIC in the out-of-home dining circuit for Celiacs. Nice environment, very clean, and friendly, welcoming, and courteous staff.

I had lunch yesterday with a friend.. I am celiac but we both ate wonderfully, we had grandma's meatballs but there are also many vegetarian options. Clean and very nice environment, the staff is incredibly kind and friendly. We'll definitely come back, especially to try all their desserts!! Recommended

A pleasant surprise! I was looking for a place for a light gluten-free lunch, the dishes are delicious and colorful, the rice is incredibly good and cooked just right. We had a Dall'orto and a Variegato with saffron, and finally the Risottole, tasty rice balls. Highly recommended! Will return.

Fast food-style risotteria with pop, colorful, and smart dishes. You can choose from 8 different toppings: in fact, the base risotto is quite homogeneous across various flavors, while the surface topping changes. Desserts are also rice-themed, such as tiramisù made with rice ladyfingers: unfortunately, when I visited, it wasn't available and there was only one dessert. Among the appetizer treats, I tried the risotto balls, which are very tasty. Water is served in cans and costs €1.50. All dishes are gluten-free. The wait times are very short, and you are called by your name left at the counter when ordering. Some tables are arranged in a loft. There are numerous power outlets and USB ports on the wall for charging your devices. There is a single restroom on the ground floor accessible to people with disabilities. The staff is friendly and helpful.
