Excellent food, very friendly staff, and top-quality raw materials. They have an open kitchen, so the food preparation is clearly visible. The only downside is the contamination of the ingredients. The products are gluten-free, but unfortunately, the staff is poorly informed about cross-contamination. Gluten-free items are kept separately, but unfortunately, they prepare sandwiches on the same counter where all other sandwiches are made, they use the same fries that are used for other sandwiches, so the level of cross-contamination is quite high. The staff washes their hands before handling the gluten-free sandwich, but I reiterate, the problem lies with the contamination from the toppings.
