Good gluten-free pizza. I believe they use a base... It is baked in a separate oven. No possibility of fried foods. We feel good there. Sufficient safety only for pizza.

GLUTEN-FREE REVIEW Well-stocked pizzeria prepared for gluten-free options (baked in a separate oven), so contamination is very reduced. They also offer home delivery; I recommend it for an impromptu dinner.

Super friendly staff and amazing gluten-free pizza! They have a separate oven for gluten-free and the dough has a great consistency, it doesn't crumble. The topping is very generous (mine had buffalo mozzarella and onion). I'm so happy to have discovered a gluten-free pizzeria in Budrio!

Super friendly staff and amazing gluten-free pizza!! They have a separate oven for gluten-free and the dough has an excellent consistency, it doesn't fall apart. The topping is very rich (mine was buffalo mozzarella and onion). So happy to have discovered a gluten-free pizzeria in Budrio!

We ordered an excellent gluten-free Regina pizza with tomato, cherry tomatoes, porcini mushrooms, arugula, and Grana cheese, and an outstanding Fulmine pizza with tomato, mozzarella, spicy salami, and onion. The managers are really friendly, polite, and their education and kindness impressed me a lot. If it’s true that the pizza is among the best I have ever eaten, it is even more true that I would return for the availability with which they treat the customer. Absolutely recommended!
