A friendly atmosphere for a Puglian street food that offers various specialties. Despite the name suggesting a restaurant, one finds themselves eating with plastic cutlery and cups, paper napkins typical of street food, tables and chairs arranged as if in a pub. The establishment still offers tastings/apéritifs with some hints at first and second courses that complement the idea of a trattoria/pub in the center of Modena. Nothing to say about the search and choice of typical products from Puglia with a wide selection of wines; just some cooking processes on certain dishes need to be revisited to highlight the unique flavor they convey. The service is always attentive to offer and describe everything that is served. The choice to offer gluten-free dishes is also highly appreciated. I absolutely recommend it for a different dinner than usual, but I would go to another restaurant if I wanted to relive a more authentic Puglian taste.
