We ordered a cake from you for an 18th birthday, of course gluten-free and lactose-free. We were asked to send via email at least two days in advance a design for the cake with what we wanted to write or include. At the time of pickup, the cake was completely different, written in a horrible manner, and the photo that was supposed to be on top was entirely black and disproportionate compared to the cake. All this, of course, happened on the morning of the party. Upset by what happened, we complained to the pastry chef, who, in his mediocre opinion, thought it was beautiful. After paying 300 euros for a cake that was a waste and completely unpresentable, we had to rush to another pastry shop that had to deliver a cake for 60 people in less than an hour. I would advise anyone not to rely on this pastry shop as they are unprofessional and completely incompetent in their trade.

Very nice place, with outdoor seating to enjoy excellent pastries and some sunshine. The service is fast and friendly. The gluten-free section is something to praise, especially in Imola, where the options are really limited. The gluten-free bombolone is the closest to the "traditional" version I have ever tasted. Truly a great discovery! I will definitely return.

A real gem in the heart of Imola!!! Delicious pastry and café. The café area serves excellent cappuccinos and coffee, even with mint and really interesting aromatic notes. Care and creativity in just the right amounts, in the flavored iced chocolates, the homemade iced tea with vanilla notes, and unexpected delights like lactose-free iced chocolate. The pastry shop is renowned, as are the cakes, bread, and brioche. The gluten-free pastries, brioche, and focaccia are surprisingly soft and made with natural leavening, extraordinarily digestible. I can only say that finding delicious gluten-free and lactose-free pastries, even mignon, is a rarity worth trying and protecting. The gluten-free cream puff is crunchier compared to the texture we are used to, while the rest of the pastries and baked goods, with or without gluten, would fool many experienced palates. I rarely give 5 stars, but one cannot help but appreciate the creativity, effort, and commitment not only in the lab and behind the scenes but also in the service, with available staff well-trained on ingredients and procedures to avoid contaminating the preparations, kind and attentive in pampering the customer. You feel at home, with a homemade iced tea and a delicious pastry. A must-try!

I'm celiac, I lived in Imola for 3 years and now I've come back here for vacation. What can I say? I'm going there every day for breakfast or to grab something in the afternoon... I spend 5 or 6 euros each time because I have a hearty breakfast. Today, after having a small pizza and a savory pastry, I ask for a glass of water specifying that it should be tap water... behind the cash register there is both the gentleman who is usually in the kitchen and the lady... the gentleman, kindly, gives me the water. The lady immediately starts saying "well... pay for the water..." only to be interrupted by the man who has common sense and points out that the water was from the tap. I'm sorry because I like how they cook but I don't think they'll ever see me again... For me, these are really petty actions, as we would say in Naples, worth 4 cents, that shouldn't be reserved for anyone. Least of all customers. People who get lost over a glass of water in the literal sense of the word.

Very friendly staff. The products are high quality and you can feel it. This morning we had breakfast at Loro and were welcomed in the best way. For those who are vegan or have gluten intolerances, this is the right place. Highly recommended.

This morning I went to have breakfast and got 4 gluten-free mignon, each weighing about 10 grams, and I paid 4 euros. It's not about the 4 euros, I understand the situation, but charging 1 euro for a tiny mignon seems extremely excessive to me. That said, they won't see me again even for the cakes. Negative experience.

Kind, smiling, and helpful staff. Amazing pastries and cakes with options available for gluten-free and vegan diets to meet every need! I often get sweets from them and have never been disappointed with the result.....It's a pity about the slightly hidden location, but it's an excellent pastry shop!

Be careful with the portions.. I ordered a gluten-free cake for 10 people and they served me a 2kg cake, almost double what it should have been, using the excuse that gluten-free items weigh more. Unfortunately, in addition to the excessive weight, the dimensions were truly overwhelming. Be cautious, or you'll end up with a huge cake and consequently an excessive cost. This happened to me and I will never go back!
