The venue has a wide selection of 100% safe dishes. The pizza is excellent, with a soft, light, and easily digestible dough. We also tried the octopus, the stew, and the tiramisu. Everything was excellent! It’s worth noting that there is no extra charge for gluten-free dishes!! Highly recommended venue!

I have been going to this pizzeria for years with my family. The menu can also be prepared gluten-free, so the choice is not limited. So far, it remains the best gluten-free pizza I have ever eaten. Friendly and welcoming staff. It is always a pleasure to eat in this restaurant.

The fermentation of the dough is very good, but unfortunately the ingredients are lacking. I ordered a margherita with added roasted peppers, but the tomato was almost non-existent and the peppers were just four small pieces. The ingredients are as fundamental as the dough!

A non-flamboyant but very welcoming and warm place on Via Gioberti. A wide selection on the gluten-free menu, including pizza (with their own dough, they don't use ready-made bases like many other pizzerias)! A must-try!! And feel relaxed with fork and knife in hand without worrying about potential contamination!

My favorite pizza; an excellent gluten-free dough and another 5 doughs for those who are not celiac or intolerant. The entire menu is available in a gluten-free version, and the staff is kind and highly prepared. I recommend the fruit appetizer; I haven't eaten arancini in years!
