The ONLY celiac friendly ice cream shop in Florence! What a place, staff are fantastic and a really good variety of flavours. I struggled to find any GF food whilst in Florence but this was a hidden gem! My partner and myself went to about 5 different shops prior to this one asking for GF ice cream with no luck. But Grom popped up and we thought we’d try it! Safe to it did not disappoint! Please attend here, staff are lovely and fantastic!

I popped in for some gelato after dinner and had a delicious cone with mango and raspberry sorbet! It was delicious! I have celiac but am also vegan, so I only wish they had some non-sorbet options for vegans (like a dark chocolate, for example). But regardless, it was so wonderful to find a 100% gluten free gelato spot and know that I would be safe with whatever I ate. Definitely recommend stopping in!

Super satisfied with the kindness and professionalism of the staff and the goodness of the ice cream! I had a cone with the amazing Grom cream and strawberry flavor, and I was served by a very courteous and quick girl, who even explained to me that their cones and flavors are gluten-free. I will definitely return!

Grom Gelato, very good but I think the cost of a mini maritozzo filled with a scoop of cream, which also tasted gluten-free, at 4 euros and 50 is excessive; anyway, the ice creams are very good.

The quality of the ice cream is exceptionally high. Customer care is almost perfect. Grom is a name of guarantee for ice cream. Even though the price is higher than other competitors, it is worth stopping by to savor the deliciousness of seasonal fruit ice creams and custom-made creams. Gluten is not welcome here.
