We went to this ice cream parlor after visiting the truffle festival nearby. The advertisement indicated the ice cream parlor as GLUTEN-FREE. The ice cream parlor was very beautiful, clean, tidy, and fragrant, but it only had 4 gluten-free flavors. Unfortunately, the "glutenous" flavors were very inviting... Those without gluten were a bit classic. Nevertheless, they were good. I really appreciate the effort of those who strive to be inclusive even for celiacs. (Ikea doesn’t do this, and it’s a giant). Thank you very much for the commitment.

The shake was excellent, the staff was very kind, but... I came here with 2 gluten-free children: they don't have gluten-free brioche and the gluten-free flavors are few. I expected more variety for those with celiac disease!

True gelato!! The 75% dark chocolate with orange is incomparable, and the fruit flavors (mango... which incredibly tastes like real Indian mango!!) are amazing. Certified AIC gelateria, with a corner dedicated to gluten-free options and many lactose-free gelato flavors. The raw materials are of the highest quality, and the flavors are always renewed based on the season and current creativity!! The creative flavors are a must-try, like cheesecake with raspberry crumble, white chocolate and lime, marsala, apple strudel, but also traditional cream, strawberry, and cabossa (cocoa mass). A true, artisanal gelato in a world where most gelaterias use standard bases added with flavors. Once you try it, you'll fall in love!!
