The staff was kind. But the managers, well, it was just awful. We arrived a bit late, yes, there were still 15 minutes until closing... We asked (in addition to the pre-made sandwiches) for 1 gluten-free sandwich... Nothing, not even when we begged... (the gluten-free option is the only thing a celiac can eat.) And we had another 6 hours of travel... I understand they were about to close... But making a damn sandwich costs them a maximum of 3 minutes (empty mc) Given that there were 15 minutes left, and I repeat, the girl could only eat gluten-free... Christ, they could have done her a favor. Just awful... If they'd made up an excuse, it would have been better.
