I don't know if the management has changed since the last review, but I don't think they have a separate kitchen because I couldn't eat the pasta alla norma as the eggplants, already fried, were cooked in oil that had gluten in it. For the fried dishes instead, upon request they fry in new oil. They only have one type of pasta (fusilli) and no desserts. As for safety, it's fine, but there isn't much choice!

welcoming place, great staff, the food is excellent both regular and gluten-free; they have a separate kitchen and pay a lot of attention to gluten-free cooking. My daughter and I are celiacs, and we always go to this place because we know we can trust what we eat, so I recommend trying it; you won't regret it.
