A Sardinian place in the center of Rovereto, run by a very nice couple who are well-prepared regarding celiac disease, having a celiac person in the family. They are able to serve gluten-free dishes from the menu (today in particular all the appetizers and all the second courses) and can adapt some first courses if needed. They make their own gluten-free bread, which is delicious. We had the opportunity to chat, and they are continuously searching for products and experimenting to produce typically Sardinian first courses like malloreddus, which are already available from a specialized pasta factory. We will definitely return, highly recommended!

I'm not usually in the habit of reviewing restaurants, but this Sardinian trattoria truly deserves it. I recently went for dinner with friends and I can say that the food here is excellent and you can really taste the authenticity of the cuisine. The menu is rich and varied, with plenty of options for all tastes. I also greatly appreciated the attention to gluten-free options: there is indeed a lot of choice for those who are celiac, all of very high quality. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is very kind. A lovely discovery, I will definitely return. Highly recommended!

As a Sardinian, I can only recommend this little gem in the heart of Rovereto. Attention to gluten-free as per the manual, and food of the highest quality. Prices in line with the quality and portions. I will definitely return to try the chef's famous sg bread (which unfortunately was sold out that day).

I often go there with my daughter, who is celiac, and we undoubtedly place it at the top of the list of establishments in Rovereto and its surroundings. He also makes the gluten-free bread himself, and its quality is exceptional, not only in taste but also in the cleanliness and simplicity of the recipe: very few well-prepared ingredients.
