Pizzeria Le 4 Viole is renowned for its excellent pizzas, also available gluten-free, and for the kindness of the staff. Despite occasional difficulties with takeaway service, many customers appreciate the quality of the dishes and the friendly atmosphere of the place. Recommended for enjoying a good pizza in company.

The pizzas are really great, nothing to say about it because it is one of the best pizzerias in the area. The problem with this pizzeria is the service, both for takeout and in-house. I've ordered takeout pizzas with added fries four times, but they were not included even though the receipt showed the additional €2. At this point, I wonder if they do it on purpose because otherwise, I don't understand how it's possible that in various orders over various months they forget to add them (but they never forget the additional €2). When I called to tell them, they said they would bring me the portion of fries (which I appreciate), but when I reminded them that it had happened before, the girl's response on the phone was just "okay." Apart from this, I suggest you order pizzas at least half an hour before the desired time because they are extremely delayed even if they tell you there’s little wait. In fact, having understood their timings, I also advance the order time by 30/40 minutes. Even when picking up takeout pizzas in person, they keep repeating, "in the next batch, your pizzas are coming," only to leave you waiting another 20 minutes. I don't know about you, but making fun of customers this way makes me not want to return; as someone who has worked in this environment, I think it's better to be honest with the customer. And as if that wasn't enough, the wait even in the pizzeria at the table is really excessive: half an hour to order and an hour and a half wait for three pizzas. Seated at 9 PM, the pizza arrived at 11 PM. It’s really a shame to tease customers like this because their pizzas really deserve it (even the gluten-free one, which is no small feat), which is why I've given it at least 2 stars. Edit in response to the owner: I completely understand the workload on Saturday nights; it's a pity, though, that even on other days during the week, the missing addition error has been repeated (I want to specify that it’s not about the addition itself but the absurdity of the situation, because one time I can overlook it, two, three... but then on the fourth time, I get annoyed). Also, the long wait is a recurring issue. And no, I will not change my review; why should I? This has been my experience, and it seems fair to review you this way because something has always gone wrong, either the additions or the wait. Do you think this is fair? I have mentioned the positive things I had to say, I complimented you on the pizzas and gave 5 stars for the food. But I will absolutely not change my review, especially if I'm asked to by you; how dare you? 😂 Absurd.

I'm sorry there are only five stars because I would have given more... Excellent pizza both round and in a tray, the frying is top-notch, the gluten-free options are great, and the staff is very kind... The owners are super friendly... I recommend it to everyone... See you soon 😘
