Excellent pizza, both Neapolitan and in a frying pan. Dedicated wood-fired oven. The fried items were also great. Normal prices and the service needs improvement (too slow). It might have been an off night, but we will certainly return every time we're in the area.

Let's start with the pros: - The location is easily accessible and has street parking available. - You can order various types of pizzas, such as pala, crunch, in ruoto, and the three-cooked pizza, which is hard to find elsewhere. The pizza is very light, well-leavened, and has an excellent flavor, a must-try from the Campanian tradition. - There is a wide availability of gluten-free options, from the average montanarina to the very crispy-fried pizza and the classic or ruoto pizza, which is very tasty and has few differences compared to the gluten counterpart. Now let's move on to the cons: - The service is very slow: even when the restaurant is almost empty, you have to wait a long time (sometimes over half an hour) for the pizzas to arrive at the table. - Although it's a pizzeria with numerous possibilities for celiacs, there is not extreme clarity regarding the flavors of pizzas that can be ordered. For example, the fried vegetables are contaminated, but, despite this, the inability to order an ortolana or a siciliana is not immediately pointed out. - There is a lack of empathy and sometimes professionalism from the staff: it is unacceptable not to see anyone come to the table to take orders even a long time after arrival, as if just presenting at the table upon sitting is sufficient. It is also intolerable that the waiter hands the pizza plate directly to the customer when conditions allow for it to be placed on the table instead. Finally, we were never asked for feedback, a "how was it, did you like it?", "everything alright?", not even for the celiac person, who generally receives more attention especially to understand what still needs improvement and what is already good. - Little transparency in the menu: it’s not clear in the menu what the cost of classic pizzas is if made with special doughs, like those with three cooking methods or in ruoto. One might think to start from the price of the chosen classic pizza and add a certain amount to the total, like 2 or 3€, as is done in other pizzerias. Then discovering only at the time of the bill that any pizza flavor can cost double the starting price if made in ruoto or pala, when this price variation was not clearly specified in the menu, is not pleasant at all.

What a lovely discovery! I was with my friends at this fantastic place, whose strength, in my opinion, is the possibility of eating different types of pizzas, doughs, and cooking styles. Selected and truly good ingredients make this pizza one of the best I've ever tried. The service, I must tell the truth, is another strong point, precise and never rude. The price is average compared to the area where it’s located. We will definitely come back! Last but not least: gluten-free pizza that is really good. The dough and the care in the combinations are exceptional.
