I felt unwell for about 2 hours after finishing my meal, with the usual symptoms of vomiting, diarrhea, and dizziness that I experience when I eat gluten. The owner claims to be very knowledgeable and attentive, stating that it's impossible to feel unwell. I chose all the dishes on the menu with him. At the end of the dinner, I pointed out that the Nutella Maki was missing allergen 1, which corresponds to cereals containing gluten, since I was ordering it, but luckily I always ask, and the waitress told me it contains flour even though it's not listed as an allergen. I can't say for sure if it was the gluten or the fish, but my boyfriend was perfectly fine and we ate the exact same things, so I would say perhaps a dish was contaminated. It's a shame because the food was very good, my boyfriend fell in love with it... we would have definitely returned.

Exceptional. Spectacular sushi. Orders are taken directly by the owner who literally sits at the table to advise and guide you on the best choice based on your tastes or intolerances. The location is beautiful as well, especially upstairs where a typical Japanese home is recreated. The price is high but absolutely justified by what is offered: quality comes at a cost. Congratulations! I will definitely return.
