To state that the food is excellent would be reductive; the quality is top-notch, and the chef is incredibly talented. I spent a very pleasant evening, savoring each dish and listening to the explanations of each one made the evening an experience. I did the tasting and it was truly enjoyable; each dish is crafted to be fantastic, even gluten-free, and above all, the pleasure of dining with other people seated at the table with you. Everything is fresh, even the gluten-free bread they make themselves.

We accidentally met at this restaurant, the unmentionable chef who, self-proclaiming himself as the best chef in the world, said that if we didn’t appreciate his cooking, we knew nothing about eating... When I asked him: what’s in the plate “provocation”? He replied that it was impossible to know (as if there weren’t intolerant or allergic people). By the way, IT’S ILLEGAL TO DO! Anyway, I took it unaware of everything, and this plate full of oranges arrived (something I absolutely don’t eat), and the chef told me that I understand nothing about cooking and that I should go elsewhere, then took the plate away. The first course arrives. I won’t even comment. I’ll leave you the photo in the description. Fish not seasoned with sautéed vegetables or anything. Just 8 liters of oil. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN. Horrible experience.
