Beautiful discovery. We will return to taste other dishes. The surprise tasting appetizer was truly spectacular, as were the ramen and the desserts. The schiacciata and homemade bread were really good. Excellent selection of wines, with the possibility of having them by the glass. Everything was very, very good. The owner was very courteous and capable, just like the chef. We felt very good and will return. It is possible to have everything gluten-free; my partner is celiac and had everything, even the homemade bread from them.

Il Cavavoglie: unusual tasting room but a certain certainty. It's not the first time I've eaten at this small restaurant and only now do I feel able to review it. The place is small with well-filled spaces, so if you like to have your ample personal space, you will have to compromise. The family service wraps around you like a blanket in front of the fireplace, often bringing a smile thanks to the long-standing experience of the super on-point staff. The menu is refined with flavors that amaze and caress the palate, the only restaurant in the area that stands out from the now classic Tuscan offer to provide a dish: well-thought-out, cared for, and expertly enhanced; truly a commendation to the Chef. Despite this, the Tuscan tradition is in the DNA of this restaurant since many dishes start from historically popular recipes, such as the filling of the Gyoza 5/4 mainly made up of Florentine Lampredotto. The bitter offered, I wanted to specify this additional caress from the staff. Wide selection of wines with prices not excessively high. Overall, an experience that a local should not miss given the price is accessible to many. PS: Super equipped for gluten-free, from bread to pasta, from appetizers to desserts, well done!
