I went to Santina as part of a fairly large group, which included another celiac. They provided the same menu in gluten-free version: lasagna, tortelloni, roast, and fried chicken (excellent!) and also mascarpone with tenerina. The staff was well-prepared and very attentive. Truly a wonderful surprise. The important thing is to make a reservation, indicating the need for gluten-free. I don't think they have AIC certification, but their attention to contamination was maximum.

I always advise to call ahead to book gluten-free dishes because this way they always have tortellini and crescentine available. They are also very careful in the kitchen about contamination, the food is amazing.
