One of the few bars that had a gluten-free and lactose-free croissant. Breakfast guaranteed, but too bad about the fairly high price, though it's located near the cathedral.

I visited this café that has many gluten-free options and the possibility to have all coffee products lactose-free (with soy or almond milk). I tried a mango iced tea with coconut milk and a gluten-free, lactose-free croissant. Both were very good! Maybe the price is a bit high, but it's right next to the cathedral, so it makes sense.

Small but welcoming place, staff a bit disorganized and service slow. The products are really good and well presented and they also offer good gluten-free options (both plain and filled croissants and cannoli with pistachio granola). Recommended!

Very kind staff and even gluten-free croissants that are really good! Only a celiac can understand when I say they taste real! I tried the chocolate croissant: amazing! At the moment, there are only plain croissants without lactose. I will definitely come back!

A nice place right in the center of Florence near the cathedral. Chosen because it also offers gluten-free breakfast. Expectations met by the selection of both sweet and savory gluten-free products, a welcoming atmosphere, and friendly service.

We stopped for breakfast for three days in a row, a paradise for those who eat gluten-free, very kind waitress :)

Highly recommended place discovered by chance. I am celiac and they offered me the chocolate-filled pastry, FANTASTIC. Plus, they asked where we were from and made us cappuccinos with a dedication "Cittino" "Cittina"—a shame to have to drink it. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We will definitely return.

Behind the church of Santa Maria del Fiore is a quaint spot to stop for a bite to eat. They have several gluten-free options, both sweet and savory. A special mention goes to one of the waitresses who served us, as she was very kind in finding the right solution for me, being celiac and lactose intolerant, since she is also celiac and therefore very sensitive to the topic. Croissant and coffee highly recommended!

Unique gluten-free breakfast with a view of the Duomo di Santa Maria del Fiore. The menu is extensive, with both sweet and savory options, including gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan, and vegetarian choices. The coffee list is also varied. Friendly staff and quick service. I would suggest updating the opening hours since at 8 AM they still don’t open because everything needs to be arranged for service, so breakfast cannot start before 8:30 AM, and we indeed had to wait specifically as we went there for the gluten-free options and for the ideal location in the center of Florence. The gluten-free products are not artisanal but pre-packaged. However, it’s definitely a plus to appreciate for those with dietary needs who want to have breakfast near the Duomo. We had a gluten-free double avocado toast (€12), 2 mocha coffees (€5 each), a gluten-free chocolate croissant (€4), and a 0.5l bottle of water (€2). Overall, the quality is good, but perhaps a bit expensive. The location certainly accounts for some of the price. If you have dietary needs, I would recommend it.

The gluten-free empty brioches with cream or pistachio filling are really excellent. As for the rest of the bar service, a bit too expensive, and the drinks are not of the highest quality. Cappuccino was just okay.
