New place, I had never been there but I had heard great reviews about it; In fact, the gluten-free pizza was beautiful to look at, the ingredients were of high quality, and the dough was delicious. Reservation is recommended. I must admit that I did not act promptly by not asking for it to be redone as soon as it arrived. It was quite burnt in appearance and smell, both the crust and underneath. I was with company, I was hungry, and I felt bad about all the fuss that would come from complaining and then asking for it to be redone, and I made a mistake. I could barely eat a little over half of it. I might go back because I repeat, the pizza is worth it but it is not right to serve the customer food that is obviously not well-prepared.

Great attention even for those with special needs: the gluten-free pizza is delicious, well-cooked, and light, and the option to choose lactose-free mozzarella is a great plus. I ordered a gluten-free pizza for takeout, it’s not yet listed on the menu or on Just Eat, but I found information on the Gluto app. Before ordering, I called and the girl who answered was very kind and confirmed that they make the dough themselves. The pizza was delicious, the dough was super soft and very digestible; as someone with celiac disease, I couldn't be more satisfied. They don't even apply a price increase for the special dough. Great job!!!
