The sandwiches and pastries are balanced in terms of protein and calories, but the taste is not lacking. The idea is interesting and original. I recommend the little table outside along the river, the frogs and summer sounds will be a pleasant company.

Good and tasty food. Everything is gluten-free. Many dairy-free and even vegan options. Inclusive place. I had a sandwich and the cup of mini pancakes. Friendly staff. Service a bit slow, so take your time and enjoy your lunch.

I highly recommend it; there are plenty of gluten-free and lactose-free options. We had nachos with both guacamole and hummus as appetizers, and both dips were delicious. The pinsa was very crispy and the pancakes were like a cloud, very tasty!! We will definitely return.

This is the first dietary and completely gluten-free restaurant in Florence. The Vega Burger with purple cabbage made with keto bun is delicious, which we accompanied with sweet potato fries that, like these chicken nuggets, are cooked in an air fryer. Their pinsa are all gluten-free and can be made lactose-free upon request; we chose the salmon avocado flavor. The beer is also gluten-free, and you can order the cocktails with zero sugars and zero alcohol. The fluffy pancake and Banana sushi with hazelnut cream topping and coconut flakes are fantastic. Highly recommended.

We went to dinner for the first time last night, full of expectations after seeing numerous videos on Instagram. Intimate and very nice venue, well-kept with super kind and attentive staff. We tried several dishes and of course we indulged in desserts, which I believe I can say are the true highlight of the place.... Congratulations! I really appreciated the gluten-free menu, with the option of vegan and ketogenic dishes as well. Definitely a place to return to without a doubt.

The place is normal, they are kind and welcoming. The food I tried is not bad, especially the bread considering it's gluten-free. The real drawback that I’d like to highlight as a suggestion is the discrepancy between what was ordered and what arrived. We’re talking about toast with avocado smash while here I received a slice of unseasoned avocado (I seasoned it myself), these are two completely different things, but worse was the egg; I received a fried egg while I was convinced I would get a soft-boiled egg. This may seem insignificant, but they have two different flavors (which could confuse someone who orders and receives something else) and also in terms of nutrition (and I feel I should make this note considering the type of place it is), we’re talking about two cooking methods that render the egg a different product; fried eggs stimulate the liver more. It involves a cooking method with a completely different digestion process for soft-boiled eggs. In short, I really believe that more importance should be given to delivering what was ordered. Just like the sesame seeds, which were not mentioned! For this reason, to date I believe that 3 stars are adequate.
