Good pizza, the dough not made in-house but still supplied by an artisanal production. It's not the classic Neapolitan pizza (thin and soft with a high crust) but is still well-aerated and fluffy. It is baked in a pan and prepared-stuffed by someone different from the pizza maker to pay attention to contamination risk; the sauce and mozzarella are kept in exclusive containers different from other pizzas (I suppose also for the other ingredients, I had a margherita). Well-seasoned! I expected Southern prices despite the Gluten-free surcharge, but the cost is on par with Northern Italy's menus (I don't know about the pizzas with different dough). A nice discovery; the staff seemed very sensitive to the gluten-free issue...in the center of Palinuro, just a few minutes from the beach, with the added bonus of being able to eat pizza on the beach at sunset, if you wish!
