We did not eat the pizza, however the attention to customers with celiac disease is guaranteed. Specifically, we tasted the fried zucchini flowers (good) and the gnocchi alla sorrentina. A place in the AFC circuit.

The best gluten-free pizza I have ever eaten. Dedicated oven for gluten-free pizzas. Dedicated fryer for gluten-free pizzas. It is the best gluten-free pizza I have ever eaten; the dough is not Neapolitan or Florentine, but slightly thick. If, like me, you don't like the Florentine cracker-style pizza, you should go because you will fall in love too!

I’m sorry, I tasted the worst pizza in Italy. It was quattro formaggi and I completely hated it; it was all mozzarella. I am a big fan of quattro formaggi pizza, but it was the first and last time I will eat something like that. I couldn’t eat more than one slice.🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️

I must say that this place is wonderful. I ate there for the first time and everything was excellent. The waitresses were very welcoming, the service was professional, and the food was good and very hot. I think it’s suitable for all ages and for families with children, as parents can enjoy comfort while the kids play. I really enjoyed this place. They even offered us a dessert! I'm sure I will return to this place... 🥰 I must say that, reading other comments, it seems a bit strange to me that people complain about the pizza or its delay because they don’t understand that a fresh pizza takes a long time to come out well, especially when cooked in a wood-fired oven. I understand this because I worked as a pizza maker, but some people don’t appreciate the time it takes to prepare a pizza, how much dedication it requires; they don't appreciate the waiting, and how they might simply eat it, this is enough for them. I must say with full conviction that the quality of the dish or the wait for a dish is truly worth it when comparing the taste of food.

I was at this restaurant last night with two of my friends. Giovanni, the owner, and the staff were very welcoming, kind, and made us feel at home! He offered us prosecco and fried pizza bites, and as soon as he heard that my friend was gluten intolerant, he hurriedly brought gluten-free options. We will definitely return ❤️

I was there last night, the place was packed and there was a lot of confusion. Inside, there's a small play area for children with a few toys to play with. The tables are a bit tight, but the staff is polite and available. I had the Panuozzo with wholemeal dough, very good and well made. The dough is not flat, but very close to the classic Neapolitan dough. Prices are average for the city, there are few external parking spaces, so you'll need to look for available spots on nearby streets or adjacent areas. The place is very close to the tram stop, so you can also reach it by public transport.

This is not the first time I've tried their pizza, especially ordering online and picking it up myself. Tonight we ordered 2 eggplants (completely cold right after picking them up) and a portion of fries for A WHOPPING 5 EUROS, and what you see in the photo is what I found as a portion ... and thank goodness we pay for them 😅 Very disappointed

Nice place inside. The waitresses are very friendly. The free appetizer is very good! They have pizzas with whole grain dough or ancient grains, gluten-free, and multi-grain gluten-free for an additional 2 euros. Mozzarella is also available both vegan and lactose-free for an extra 2 euros. The place caters to all needs and tastes!!

We had dinner during a business trip. The staff was available, kind, and fast, and the pizza was among the best I've ever eaten. They offered different flours (cereals, whole grain, gluten-free,...), mozzarella also lactose-free, and 3 different gluten-free beers, which are usually hard to find. As soon as you sit down, a complimentary appetizer is served that makes you feel pampered. The place is spacious, clean, and bright. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience, especially because we needed gluten-free and lactose-free options. Their menu is very inclusive with many variations even for these needs. Everything was delicious. Attentive service. The venue is large and a bit old-fashioned, but it's worth it. You spend little and eat well. Reservation is recommended!

I happened to enter this pizzeria by chance after a concert, and I was pleasantly surprised. Besides the courtesy of the staff, who were very helpful and friendly right away, I was impressed by the speed of the service and the quality of the ingredients. It is possible to choose from different types of dough (wholemeal, gluten-free, multigrain, or classic), all very good. The prices are very honest. I highly recommend it.

You can eat a pizza that's amazing!!!!!! Moreover, they also offer gluten-free options or special doughs (e.g., spelt). A nice and spacious environment ideal for families (there's also a playroom for kids). The menu also includes lactose-free desserts (great attention to intolerances). Near the tram line.

A place where you will definitely eat well! Welcome starter with fried pizza and complimentary prosecco. Margherita 6.50€, the Panuozzo has arrived at 10€, 2.50 for cover charge, and if they have time and you are nice, they might offer you some amaro at the end. The tap water initiative is nice, but it is listed on the menu like a regular water at 2.50. The environment is well-kept and the stay is pleasant.

A fast pizza It had been years since we returned to the pizza man. There were two of us, and we ordered two DOP margheritas, one Coca-Cola, and one bottle of water. The total cost was 25 euros. Great considering the price hikes. The pizza was good, but it could be improved.

A guarantee. Waiters and waitresses with a smile from the beginning to the end of dinner. Excellent gluten-free dough. Fair prices. We had a Pizzaman platter with Silan cold cuts and a double portion of coccoli, a red pizza with sausage, and a gluten-free panuozzo to share. The gluten-free Fedora beer was also great. Light and refreshing. The dough of the coccoli and the pizza was really well done.

It is very pleasing to see that those who work and run this place do so with passion and joy. In fact, everything here is perfect, from the food, where you find excellent dishes made with strictly Italian ingredients, to the always attentive and precise service. One very important and beautiful thing is also the possibility to eat with complete peace of mind, whether you are celiac, have intolerances, or are vegan! In short, this is a place where no one will ever leave hungry or dissatisfied... well done and congratulations to all!

Review and description of PANUOZZO. Very good, abundant, and very filling, perfect for cheese lovers; I always get it. Pizza dough cut horizontally and then into four pieces. Stuffed with arugula, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, thick slices of scamorza cheese, and Parmesan. Topped with more Parmesan and a drizzle of oil. In the middle, there’s fiordilatte mozzarella, arugula, and black olives. Exceptional, you really must try it!!

Excellent Neapolitan pizzeria in beautiful Florence. Exquisite pizza with a soft and digestible dough, which can also be made wholemeal or with spelt. Honest prices, very kind waiters and owner (even towards four-legged friends), super fast service, and above all, divine desserts! I had a lemon delight that was only this good in Naples. Highly recommended.

THE PIZZA, both gluten-free and in its various other versions, is delicious!! Good ingredients and digestibility. The dough is really well made. Also beautiful to look at. The menu is varied ... and that has never disappointed either. The staff is kind, and Roberto, above all, really knows how to do his job! He is polite, sharp, pleasant, and truly never misses the right tones and manner: I believe this is due to a natural inclination towards kindness. Of course... I recommend it and I will continue to go there.

My go-to pizzeria. A dough that makes the pizza "Neapolitan" but not too much. The crust is not overly high but still soft and crunchy. The quality of the ingredients used for the toppings is really good, and the gluten-free dough is definitely the best I've ever found. The staff is really kind and attentive.

Starting from the fact that I ordered 3 pizzas for 9 PM and they arrived an hour late... But what was shocking were the constant excuses and lies... Because if you tell me that the runner is on the way and I live 6 minutes from the pizzeria and every 10 minutes I call you and you give me 7,000 excuses, then at 10 PM the runner calls me asking for the number of the building, then tells me he's just left and will be there in 5 minutes. In my opinion, I was being made fun of by the people I was on the phone with for almost an hour... Anyway, they lost a customer; I will never order again, especially because the pizzas were obviously cold.

The pizza is very good and if you want, like in other places, you can choose the type of dough (also for celiacs). The quality of the food is good, the appetizers are delicious, especially the typical Calabrian ones (the burrata with coccoli and prosciutto is fabulous). The pizza board is then an explosion of flavor. The first courses are also very good and well-presented. The staff is friendly and very kind. Affordable prices. Attention to compliance with anti-COVID regulations. Recommended.

Excellent food. Good prices. Courteous staff. Go there!!!! I go at least 2 times a month to this Pizzaman on via Sansovino. I often have the appetizer with smoked scamorza and friarelli. It's really delicious. The bread is truly good and homemade. Great and large pizzas. Desserts too. All the waitresses are very kind and polite. They already know us (again) and always have the consideration, which is not taken for granted, to ask us how we are doing, if we like the food, etc.... Ah, after paying, they often offer a liqueur as well. Which is a nice touch. 😀

Pizza (in my case gluten-free for him with).. a delight for the palate and for the eyes!!! Really, for those who are celiac, enjoying a pizza like this is certainly not something that makes you long for "normal" pizzas. An informal place ideal for a nice dinner with friends. Excellent value for money. Competent and friendly staff.

I want to write a great review because they deserve it. First of all, compliments to the staff; the guys and girls are always available, polite, and smiling. As soon as I entered, they led us to a table and offered us 2 elegant glasses of prosecco and a plate of appetizers from the house. Then, the pizzas can be ordered in various types. I had the whole wheat one, and it was exquisite. The place is really strategically located, just a few meters from the Batoni tram stop on the T1 line. In short, they earned 5 stars, and they deserve them all. I will gladly return. Well done, guys!

A truly excellent pizza at a good price, many are also unique and made with very good and high-quality ingredients. I suggest trying it at least once.

Good place to spend an evening with friends, they have a children’s play area that alone would be worth 5 stars, but the place is really very chaotic. It’s always crowded, but the noise is so loud that after 5 minutes you have a headache. It's impossible to talk and understand each other at the table. Pizza is a matter of taste; I don’t like thick crust pizza, so I didn’t love this one either, but that’s just personal preference. The flavors were very good, height aside. The appetizers were good, the price was fair, and the staff was very kind. Overall, I consider it a compromise: convenient with children but too chaotic, and for someone like me who doesn’t like thick crust pizza, it’s not the right place. One note: I understand that the options are limited, but at least a pizza with sausages for the kids, since you have a designated area for them, doesn’t seem like too much to ask. We had to order a Margherita pizza and separately they brought a small plate of burnt sausages to put on top of the pizza ourselves. This small adjustment wouldn’t be insignificant.
