I had dinner in this really nice tavern. The bread was really excellent. I had the crostini with liver and the penne strascicate alla fiorentina. Everything was excellent and the portions were generous. I will definitely come back.

The best fresh truffle pasta I've eaten in Florence. Excellent service with good wine recommendations in a true Osteria atmosphere. Gluten-free pasta options available.

We went to this tavern over the weekend, and I must say we were quite satisfied. One of the best places we have eaten in Florence! The atmosphere is welcoming and very nice, making you feel at home. The cuisine is truly excellent, especially for someone with celiac disease; it's very hard to find such good gluten-free dishes, the tagliatelle with wild boar ragù were fabulous. The staff was welcoming and very kind, especially one of the guys who, thinking we were nice, offered us an amaro. If you are in Florence, you must definitely eat here! We will repeat it when we come back!

A small tavern located in the San Lorenzo neighborhood, a short walk from the Medici Chapels, it used to be a medieval church (some frescoes can still be seen in the place). The staff is very kind and also offers very good gluten-free dishes. Their gluten-free bread, prepared and baked right on the spot, is excellent. This does affect the pace of service a bit, but it is truly worth it.

Pleasant evening in this place, with quality cold cuts, good wine, and a very good Florentine steak. Not excellent, I've had better, and I would have preferred it a bit less cooked. The first courses were also really good, with special attention to the needs of gluten-free individuals. The prices are average; the steak might be a bit expensive (I admit I'm not used to the prices in central Florence), with €6/h for French meat, €7/h for local farm meat from the owner, and €7.50/h for Chianina.
