A 100% plant-based venue with various gluten-free and raw options. We decided to taste several dishes and none left us unsatisfied. Delicate, unique, and balanced flavors, creamy and crunchy notes for each course. We didn’t have the chance to drink alcohol, but the wine list featured a significant number of bottles (all unique and reasonably priced), and there were various beers, even those special ones. The venue is truly beautiful, the chairs are comfortable, and the staff is very helpful and kind. Despite the chaotic Saturday night, they welcomed us with interest and care. I will gladly return, and I encourage you to try it if you haven't already!

The restaurant is located a few steps from Gran Madre. It is a small place, but rather cozy on autumn days. We had lunch here last Sunday; there were 7 of us (reservation is highly recommended). Despite having reserved, we waited about 20 minutes before being seated. After settling in, the courses were served quickly. The service was friendly: both the owner and the waiter turned out to be nice and helpful. As appetizers, we had a mix including: tomino (cauliflower and cashew cheese accompanied by green sauce made with parsley and radishes pickled in apple vinegar and extra virgin olive oil served with raw soy, flax, sunflower seed, and sun-dried tomato crackers), zucchini flowers (baked and stuffed with smoked tofu cream, leeks, potatoes, millet, and turmeric) and the Piemontese (breaded seitan in the oven). For my first course, I chose the ravioli (super soft and very tasty with a pumpkin filling and seitan roast sauce), while the other diners opted for the Vendemmia (tempeh carpaccio on a bed of caramelized onions, polenta wafer, and broccoli foam) and the Aphrodisiac Myth (brown rice creamed with artichoke, potatoes, and leeks). For dessert (which I didn't have time to take pictures of!), we tried the Lust (soft chocolate cake filled with apricot jam) and Elegance (soft ring of sponge cake with vanilla scent, filled with chestnut cream and Christmas coconut foam). Lunch is an unforgettable experience: you taste unique and particular flavors. It is an excellent restaurant for vegetarians, vegans, and celiacs, but as an omnivore, I felt very good and I believe I will return!
