La Bodeguita del Bito offers a welcoming and modern atmosphere, with attentive service and friendly staff. Ideal for celiacs thanks to its separate kitchen, it offers excellent pizzas and a wide selection of gluten-free beers. Recommended for a pleasant evening.

It is possible to enjoy the whole menu in the GLUTENFREE version!!! The place is very nice and welcoming, the staff is knowledgeable, and the chef, unbeatable, is CELIAC. You can enjoy excellent dishes both from land and sea, as well as pizza baked in a dedicated oven along with Tuscan bread and focaccia. The place is part of the AIC circuit, and the experience was more than excellent.

Welcoming, modern environment with real plants. You can talk without raising your voice thanks to the sound-absorbing panels. Careful service, very helpful waiters, excellent reception with a small welcome tasting (tomato soup and for celiacs a cube of Tuscan liver pâté). Suitable for celiacs as they have a separate kitchen also for pizza (the owner is celiac) which is very good. The normal pizza is also decent. A decent selection of gluten-free beer. I will return to try the cuisine.

We visited this place and had the pleasure of eating all the dishes ordered gluten-free and lactose-free. Very good food, and it’s also possible to order the entire menu without any risk of contamination. Very attentive service, the owner is very kind and knowledgeable.

Paradiso Gluten Free! When passion is visible and can be tasted, finally a place where those with celiac disease feel welcomed. The owner (who is celiac) has committed to creating a menu entirely available in a gluten-free version with maximum safety. I tasted excellent pizza and coccoli and will return soon to try everything! Thank you for your commitment.

A dinner with old and dear friends organized in this restaurant thanks to a random and friendly acquaintance with the owner... Alberto Bitossi well-known and famous locally as Bito... who, if you are lucky enough to chat with, will surely brighten your day... A truly rich menu... land, sea, and... pizzas... of all gourmet types included... and suitable for celiacs. Since we were in a group, we tried different dishes... from coccoli with salmon or fried polenta with caramelized onions... a visually stunning and excellent cocoa risotto in a Parmesan crust and beef tartare, Bito's hamburger... really good... and four different gourmet pizzas, each more mouth-watering than the last... finishing with house desserts... wine and draft beer appropriate to match the bill.... We will definitely return because we are curious about so many items on the menu that, in my opinion, are worth trying!

Very nice restaurant with gluten-free dishes and pizza. Good preparation speed, but attention to gluten-free service needs improvement (staff needs better training on cross-contamination). The starter was served cold from the fridge and with a fork (it was pumarola with very fine pieces of bread dough)...needs a complete review overall. Very good pizza, excellent ingredients, mozzarella also lactose-free. The gluten-free pizza dough is very good. Other gluten pizzas are very good (according to my dining companions). Good beer. Good price... with some minor corrections and training, it could become excellent.

Great evening and excellent dinner spent with my girlfriend. Highly recommended place, also for celiacs. Friendly, polite staff who are attentive to their customers.
