Almost the entire offer is also gluten-free, including beer. The atmosphere is very touristy. You are served quickly, but indirectly also asked to leave quickly to free up the table. The pizza was average. Prices for the location in the center are totally okay.

Gluten-free options are available, but the pizza base was completely raw while the crust was overcooked and almost burnt.

Great pizzeria in the heart of the historic center. Everything is impeccable: pizza (excellent, with customized toppings), hospitality, availability, service, and atmosphere. The quality of the gluten-free pizza is also surprising. All topped off with a bill that is more than honest.

If you are in Bologna and craving pizza, this is the right place. I have been there many times and it has always been a guarantee, but now that I had to switch to gluten-free pizza, I can still say I am very satisfied. The dough is very good and not heavy at all; fortunately, it didn't even have that "rubbery" texture found in most gluten-free items. We hadn't made a reservation, but we only had to wait 10 minutes; the staff was very polite and friendly.

Looking for a good gluten-free pizza? Here it is. There are plenty of types available, and the pizza is really good (dough included). A perfect place to eat well while being just a stone's throw from the square.
