Ice cream parlor in AIC circuit

DON'T MESS WITH PEOPLE! I work at the shopping mall and I go to Grom sporadically for the gluten-free crêpe option. Every time I ask for it, I am told that it is not temporarily available or because the machine to make it is not yet hot or because the dough to make it is not present. As a celiac, going to a place specifically for a certain food only to find out that it is not available is particularly frustrating, so I think it is fair to at least communicate clearly that the crêpe is no longer available! I hope this issue can be resolved.

The ice cream is very good, with attention to food intolerances. There are flavors available that are also lactose-free (like hazelnut and pistachio sorbet, cones are also available lactose-free). There is a long wait and the staff is a bit slow. The prices are high for both the quality and the quantity of the products.
