In nishiki market you can find a gluten free matcha chiffon cake. There is cedro flavour and vanilla too. The price is ok and the staff is very carefully

Strictly walked in because of the gluten free goods. The employees were very well aware of gluten intolerance /allergy. My bf has celiac and LOVEDDD the rice cake chiffon, wished we went back and bought others. Devoured quickly recommend buying at least 2 chiffons 🥲 Tasted light fluffy airy, like a normal chiffon but less dense and felt less guilty eating this. I could def finish one alone. Did NOT taste like your typical American crumbly GF dry desserts

The sell gluten free chiffon cake!! It’s made out of rice flour and advertised at the front as gf, and a couple different flavours were available. I had the plain one and it was delicious! Perfect with a tea :)
