I went to this bar for breakfast and couldn't eat anything, despite it being AIC informed. I find it outrageous that a place informed about celiac disease has no options, even lactose-free, since many celiacs are also lactose intolerant. I won't be returning.

Compared to the usual bars that offer you two packaged cookies labeled as 'gluten-free', the pastry shop Amici miei offers a 'wide selection' from sweet to savory for a breakfast that is at least humane… compliments!

little choice, I only found some really sad croissants (small, thin, and apparently uninviting because of their color) and some small pizzas. At the first bite, the pizza I chose seemed good, but the problem came when I went from the edge toward the center and unfortunately the dough was increasingly raw. The mozzarella had no flavor. Considering the small size, for €2.5 you could have kept it in the oven a bit longer!

On Saturday, February 7, I called to reserve two gluten-free croissants to add to the other pastries I was supposed to bring to the office for my birthday. I requested a pickup between 7:00 and 7:15 on Monday, February 9, mentioning that I would be in a hurry as I was heading to another city for work that specific day. I arrived on time, and the two ladies at the counter informed me that the gluten-free croissants wouldn’t be available before 8:00 and that there was no order. With some surprise, to be polite, I pointed out the note in the agenda on the counter right under my eyes. Anyway, seeing some cookies and tarts in the display case, I asked if they were gluten-free. (Note that no solution was proposed; I had to ask.) Once confirmed that they were gluten-free, I chose to take a jam tart so that my only two gluten-intolerant colleagues wouldn’t be without breakfast. Of course, the price was significantly higher than the croissants I had ordered, and aside from the lady at the counter saying "I'm sorry," no discount was applied given the poor service. In summary: you can have a good product, but if the service is like this, just forget it.

The establishment has a display case of gluten-free products prepared in a separate area. However, the selection is always quite limited. A few pastries are baked (not that good), and by arriving at 9 in the morning, they are already all gone. The pastries are also few and not always fresh. Mostly, they do not use naturally gluten-free flours but rather deglutenized wheat flour. The butter is not lactose-free.

I stopped by quickly while I was heading to the station. I was looking for gluten-free croissants, but they were sold out. The saleswoman suggested the zeppole, which was a great suggestion: they were delicious. I will definitely return more calmly.

Chosen for gluten-free pizza, it offers a rich menu with and without gluten. Excellent plans in both versions. Gluten-free montanarine available, a unique item rare in Piedmont and Lombardy.

Our favorite place for breakfast/snack! Delicious brioches filled on the spot with whipped cream, pastry cream, chocolate, or jam of your choice; very friendly staff, truly excellent. Hot, creamy cappuccino, always served quickly despite the lines. Small venue, with seating inside and outside, tables a bit uncomfortable but okay, lots of choice of fresh and dry pastries, highly recommended (they offer a selection of sweet and savory options for celiacs, with a separate preparation area).

It's worth crossing the city for the chocolate-filled croissant and the coffee with cream!!! And they also have treats for celiacs.

I tried the gluten-free pizzettes. Really great. Congratulations!

Although the establishment is certified by the Italian Coeliac Association, I unfortunately found myself there around breakfast time with NO gluten-free options available; the waitress (who was also quite rude) was unable to offer me even a packaged gluten-free product that any café in Turin, even those not certified by the AIC, usually has to offer. I don't think I will return since I risk being left with nothing to eat again.
