We were served by a very kind woman behind the counter who made us feel very comfortable. My boyfriend and I are both celiacs and usually have low expectations for gluten-free pizzas. My boyfriend and I ordered a whole wheat dough and the other one gluten-free. His pizza arrived later than mine, with all the toppings burnt and missing an ingredient they later added cold. There was also only one pizzaiolo managing the two ovens. At the checkout, they pretended to give us a discount, suggesting a higher price than what we were supposed to pay before giving us a perceived discount of 3 euros. My boyfriend felt sick shortly after leaving the restaurant. We reported it to the AIC.

I haven't been very enthusiastic about Bologna lately, but the pizza from these gentlemen has delighted my palate! The service is courteous and attentive, the dough is flaky and light with various grain options, including gluten-free, and the prices are quite good for the quality they offer. Overall, a wonderful discovery, well done! ♥️

Special is that they have specialised in gluten free pizza which is probably the reason that they do a great job with the gf dough. The waiters were very friendly and talked with us in English, which made our stop during a long-drive through Italy a perfect experience.

Guys, if you want to eat something tasty, new, and innovative, this is the right place! Excellent gluten-free pizza, actually amazing!! I’ve never eaten such a good, crunchy, and flavorful pizza in my 27 years. Highly recommended Special One (truffle) and Inzuccata, and it's great to have the option to choose more than one gluten-free beer. The place is intimate, perfect for being secluded. The staff is friendly, as if we were at home. WELL DONE GUYS, KEEP IT UP!

This evening I ordered 3 pizzas, in my Bambarra the ingredients were pumpkin cream, mushrooms, asparagus, and shredded horse meat. As can be seen in the photo, it was practically just vegetables. The cost of the pizza was €13.90, and I really expected more from them; I almost always order from them since my partner cannot eat gluten.

They offer decent home delivery service through Deliveroo and Glovo, often running 10/15 minutes late. The pizzas are good, crispy, and well-seasoned; prices are above average (€7-€13), but the ingredients are of high quality. The gluten-free pizza is also decent. Recommended for trying gourmet pizza, but for classic pizzas, there are better quality-price options available.

We happened to stumble upon it and the experience was excellent. Wide selection of pizzas with whole grain, spelt, and kamut doughs, as well as a wide range of products for celiacs. The pistachio and almond sorbet is a dream. Attentive and fast service despite the large crowd.

From the outside, very doubtful, inside a bit cramped and with a 70s style. However, they have many types of pizza, whole grain with Spelt, Kamut, gluten-free... and they are very good!!! They also have a kitchen that I haven’t tried yet, but the dishes looked very inviting. The kitchen is definitely worth trying as well. The lady at the cash register and the waiter were very kind and helpful with explanations about the pizzas, their types, and different toppings. Surprisingly good considering the location.
