My boyfriend and I ordered a whole wheat dough and the other one gluten-free. His pizza arrived later than mine, with all the toppings burnt and missing an ingredient they later added cold. There was also only one pizzaiolo managing the two ovens. At the checkout, they pretended to give us a discount, suggesting a higher price than what we were supposed to pay before giving us a perceived discount of 3 euros. My boyfriend felt sick shortly after leaving the restaurant. We reported it to the AIC.
