Really amazing gelateria! We happened to stumble upon it during a tasting of new, super original and unique flavors — the grape must gelato is fantastic and the pumpkin one is a real surprise 😍. The staff was extremely kind: not being able to taste some flavors due to lactose and gluten, they still offered to let me try others that inspired me. The best ice cream parlor in Bologna. I am lactose intolerant and I’ll start by saying that this is the ice cream shop with the most knowledgeable and attentive staff I have ever encountered in this regard. Even the lactose-free flavors are really tasty and good. Among the best ice creams I have ever tasted. I found the staff to be very kind and extremely prepared. They immediately showed attention to my intolerance and know the ingredients of everything sold in the shop, even regarding potential traces of allergens. The flavors change over time, based on what they have prepared! The chocolate is very good and intense. The pistachio and cream are, in my opinion, world-class. I will be back soon to try other flavors! For those who love to experiment with new flavors, they won't just find traditional flavors executed perfectly, because there are also very unique and innovative flavors. The cones are also very good and not those cardboard pieces often served at ice cream parlors. They also produce their packaged ice creams, like wrapped popsicles, which are very tasty and light, as well as various types of cakes. The quality/price ratio I found is excellent, as is the quantity/price ratio, which should not be underestimated! I would also like to point out that the ice cream parlor does not have ice cream displayed in tubs, but it is stored in tubes, which is a step above in terms of hygiene and product maintenance. Moreover, it is never frozen but always soft and velvety. A delight! For me, from today on, ice cream in Bologna only exists at Iceland.
