I only tried the pizza but it is excellent! Moreover, the waiters are very kind!

I have always eaten excellent pizza! I recommend it

Maximum safety. The pizza is really good in my opinion. The dough is good. They also have lactose-free mozzarella! The only thing with gluten present in the entire restaurant: the pizza with normal dough, which is also good according to the other guest. Desserts are good and plentiful.

Very good food, everything is gluten-free by default (except for some pizza dough, which is also available gluten-free, of course). Kind waiters. I highly recommend it. If I really have to find a flaw, I would say that the wait was a bit long... but it was Saturday night and the restaurant was full.

Exceptional experience, superlative gluten-free pizza, almost the entire menu is replicable in gluten-free versions, excellent selection of craft beers including gluten-free options. Friendly, kind, and professional staff. We will definitely return.

A very good restaurant, the pizzas are delicious š we will definitely go back, my favorite is speck, sausage, and potatoes with gluten-free yeast. Unfortunately, I can't give the maximum stars in all categories because the service was a bit slow, but I imagine it was due to the clientele; they were full. The appetizers were also very good with excellent products, and a good dessert šØ š

This pizzeria restaurant has been a pleasant discovery: special and tasty dishes, exquisite pizzas, excellent desserts. All gluten-free! Attentive service and a cozy environment.

Excellent gluten-free pizza and cuisine, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere: highly recommended in Scandicci!

This pizzeria restaurant in the Isolotto district was a great discovery. Outside of the center of Florence, easily reachable by car and public transport, the venue has a modern and very pleasant style. We arrived early, but I noticed that when it gets crowded, it can be a bit noisy... The gluten-free pizza I had was spectacular, tasty, well-risen, and light, only slightly burnt on the crust but perfectly cooked otherwise (Blurame pizza: gorgonzola, purple potatoes, and friarielli). Even those who had the hemp pizza found it very good. They also have multigrain, wholemeal, and charcoal doughs (in addition to the gluten-free option), so really catering to all tastes. The kitchen menu is interesting; next time I come to Florence, I have to try the fried cauliflower chicken and the covaccini.

Very kind, prepared, and patient staff (especially the waiter who served us). I recommend it to anyone for a wonderful evening š. They have everything gluten-free. (I wanted to post a photo of the dishes but they finished too quickly)

Historical place in the Legnaia district... the management changed recently so I decided to go back and try it... the pizzas are very good and they have a choice of different doughs, including gluten-free for celiacs!! The quality-price ratio is good and the staff in the dining area is attentive. I asked for some modifications on the chosen pizza and there were no problems in changing it, which is very important for me!! Kudos to the whole staff and I highly recommend the place!! The desserts are great too.

I had a wonderful time! Finally, a place where not only celiacs but also those following more restrictive diets for other conditions find a welcoming space: the staff informs you patiently and kindly about the ingredients and doesn't make you feel bad for having to go back three times to ask in the kitchen. No one starts from the principle that "this dish is made this way and we can't change it to accommodate the whims of intolerant people; they should just stay home." They understand the difficulties faced by those with many restrictions, and for the first time since I had to adopt a strictly low FODMAP diet, I didn't feel disabled. Thank you!

Very interesting pizzeria, with a good variety of pizzas and drinks. A noteworthy feature is the option to choose your preferred dough for a small additional cost, even for celiacs (among the available options: whole grain, cereal, charcoal, etc.). Ingredients, raw materials, and cooking are very satisfying; particularly, I would recommend the pizza I tried, the Parmigiana, super good! The location is very nice, with tables placed far enough apart to have just background noise from other customers. Prices are average in relation to the quality/cost ratio. If you are driving, parking might take a bit of time. A worthy pizzeria! š

Given that I have a bias when I manage to find gluten-free fresh pasta, it is truly a shame that the goodness of the dishes is accompanied by a service that is not as good... The place is new and furnished with very sober and modern taste. We went there on a Sunday for lunch and it was practically deserted, so very quiet. Since I am vegetarian, I asked if it was possible to have an alternative to the Florentine purple potato ravioli (ā¬12); the waiter (nice, eh, kind, but inexperienced and lacking in particular inventiveness) seemed a bit caught off guard. In the end, I suggested that a simple "butter and sage" would be fine, and so it was. The ravioli were really excellent! I then had a berry cheesecake (ā¬5): also good... The real problem was with my partner's beer and, more importantly, with how the issue was handled. After ordering a beer (which by the way was a bit challenging because at first it seemed they didnāt have any), and having drunk half of it, we noticed that it had expired three months ago! When we called the waiter, he apologized profusely, but, at the time of the bill, he didnāt even offer a small discount (he just took the beer off the bill, of course)... These are rather unpleasant things! What a shame!

The appetizers were good and the pizzas excellent. They have a wide selection of 48-hour fermented doughs that truly satisfy every type of taste and food intolerance, in addition to being extremely digestible. For those in need, they also specialize in gluten-free doughs. We had a great time; personally, I had a marinara with a hemp dough that was really unique. A different but interesting flavor from the usual. The service was excellent, the waitress was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely polite, which made the entire dinner even more enjoyable.

The ideal for eating gluten-free without sacrificing quality. Delicious pizzas both with gluten and gluten-free. I tried the pizza with flowers and truffle super!

A very negative experience as far as I am concerned. I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. I ordered a takeaway pizza and at the time of ordering I clearly specified that I wanted it gluten-free. The pizza I ate, unfortunately, was NOT at all GLUTEN-FREE. Celiac disease is a serious matter and must be treated as such. I brought the incident to their attention and, logically, they apologized, offering me the chance to have a pizza on them. For a person with celiac disease, consuming gluten-containing food has harmful effects on their health.

The pizzeria Rossorame was recommended to us by friends and they gave us good advice. We ordered takeaway pizzas and ate them at home, but we will try to go to the restaurant as soon as possible. The pizzas are good, not with a thick crust, and they offer different types of dough, including gluten-free, multigrain, hemp, wholemeal, and depending on availability, some evenings they also have dough with Venere rice, vegetable charcoal, and turmeric!! (I want to try them all!!) In my opinion, the ingredients used are of good quality, and the portions on the pizza are generous.

I am neither passionate about nor in need of gluten-free cooking, so some flavors that I didn't like are affected by this fact. Having made that point, the dishes are well prepared and rich in seasoning. Pizzas with a thin crust (not Neapolitan). Very wide selection of pizzas. Service is perhaps a bit slow. Wifi not working.
