With Public, you can never go wrong when you crave a great burger. I've been there several times, and occasionally I also order takeout. I must say they are probably the best I've eaten in Bologna. In the summer, you can also eat outside. I recommend making a reservation because, even though the place is quite spacious, it can happen that they are full. I love their onion rings, and for those who love fries, they have many great presentations of fries. The waiters have always been attentive with intolerances. A celiac can eat there without worry. There are also vegan options. Maybe the only drawback is that they only have one type of non-alcoholic beer with a hemp flavor, which will surely please some but not me. However, they also have very good non-alcoholic cocktails. Then they have plenty of alcoholic beers. My favorite burger: the PUBLic (of course).

A very nice place to spend a quiet evening with friends or with your girlfriend. Great selection of craft beers, cocktails, and also wines. I haven’t tried the food yet, but many people have recommended it to me. They also offer dishes for those with food intolerances (celiac disease). In summer, I recommend booking outside. Highly recommended and I will definitely return!

A place like this was missing in Castenaso!!! Perhaps it is the only venue where you can find both groups of young people and adults and families. The hamburgers and beers are truly excellent. A noteworthy point is that they have gluten-free burgers, fries, and beers. There is a wide selection of cocktails. Every time I return with pleasure.
