Meat burgers (also featuring a vegetarian burger option) served with fries! Gluten-free buns that are very good and have an excellent texture (it's hard to find ones that can hold up to the juices of the meat or sauces without crumbling at the slightest touch). Portions are proportional to the price (starting from 15 euros for a menu with a soft drink). Beer is also available. Amazing place! Highly recommended!!! AIC certified establishment.

Great hamburger, good ingredients, light and satisfying. The best hamburger I've eaten in the last few months. I would like to point out that since 2022 it is affiliated with AIC.

I am celiac and we chose this place after reading the good reviews online... and I must say I can confirm! There were seven of us, the place is a bit small but luckily, by splitting ourselves into various tables of 2-3, there was immediately space. The girl is super efficient, the place was full but she managed everything, from orders to service to the cash register. My gluten-free sandwich was excellent, as is the option to compose your own sandwich by choosing from several alternatives (type of meat, vegetables, cheeses, etc.). Highly recommended!

Comfortable and clean environment. Kindness and great availability from the staff who served us. The food, both gluten-free and with gluten, is of excellent quality. The meat is top-notch. A place to recommend and definitely return to.

I want to emphasize that the service was exceptionally friendly. The girl who was present when I was there was really kind, attentive, and very helpful. The quality of the food is also very good, and the menu offers a wide selection. However, I must make an important observation: like in many other establishments, an extra charge is applied for the gluten-free version. I understand that it’s not just about the cost of the sandwich, but also about the separate management and dedicated preparation, but the final result penalizes those who are celiac, meaning those who live with an autoimmune disease and cannot choose differently. It’s not a food trend; it’s a medical necessity. To make the point clear: charging more for a gluten-free sandwich is somewhat like charging extra to a person in a wheelchair because they use the ramp to enter. Accessibility is not an 'extra' service; it is an essential part of a venue's hospitality. No one would dream of charging for the ramp, yet with gluten, this logic is normalized without much thought. There are many ways to distribute costs without fully burdening celiac individuals: from slightly increasing the prices of the entire menu to more efficient management of dedicated preparation. I say this very sincerely because it truly affects the experience and perceived inclusiveness. That said, I reiterate that the staff was exceptional and that the food quality is excellent. For this reason, I believe it is worth pointing out a factor that could make everyone's experience even better. I assure you that I will give 5 stars once celiacs are no longer penalized :)

As the name suggests, a venue specialized in Hamburgers with a wide selection of Beers. You can choose between various Menus (Burger, Fries, and Soft Drink) or create your own sandwich, selecting the Bread (Classic or Gluten Free), the Hamburger (various types and sizes of Beef and Pork, such as Cinta Senese) or Others (Chicken, Hot Dog, Cod, and Vegan Burgers), and a maximum of 4 ingredients (including bacon, sauces, cheeses, vegetables, and more); additional ingredients can be added for an extra charge of €0.50 each. We ordered two menus, the Goloso Briaco (with Cinta Senese) and L'Abbocco (with Cod), and I composed my Hamburger; just biting into the sandwich, you can perceive the quality of the bread used, only to be even more amazed when biting into such tasty and flavorful meat, cooked to perfection, accompanied by sauces and other ingredients, like the sweet and juicy Certaldo Onion, of equally high quality. The sandwich with Cod is also good, but the Meat, both Beef and Pork, proves to be a true excellence, best enhancing flavor and consistency with perfect cooking. The only downsides are the waiting times, a bit long, and the total absence of coat hooks, which is a bit inconvenient with long winter jackets that need to be squeezed into the chair; I also noticed that all customers tend to avoid the tables near the entrance, particularly prone to draft. Good value for quality-quantity/price, especially with the Menu formula; absolutely recommended for enjoying a quality Hamburger.
