delicious food, unique and quality dishes, I will definitely return to try the rest! attentive and professional service

Great food, service and excellent attention to cross-contamination! My girlfriend was very well; it's all gluten-free, so there’s nothing for non-celiacs.
5
Magnificent restaurant!! I went there on vacation years ago, and recently my mother went back and confirmed the high quality of the place!! Everything is extraordinary.
5
A location in the center of Florence highly recommended for celiacs and non-celiacs. The staff is efficient and friendly, and the quality of the food is excellent. The menu offers a wide choice of local and international dishes. Good value for money.
5
Wonderful place with a lovely inner courtyard, delicious and original dishes ALL gluten-free. As a celiac, I highly recommend it.
5
the quality of food is very high, everything is very good and refined.

I recently had a fabulous experience here at lunchtime: Wonderful varied menu, beautiful courtyard to dine al fresco and the most unbelievable fresh warm gluten free bread- the best I've ever tried. Amazing service from Arianna, who makes the place feel like a family home. She clearly loves her job and is attentive, warm and genuine. I had a few sides and all were excellent and no noticeable gluten free. This place is must for anyone avoiding gluten and visiting Florence.
5
100% gluten-free food that's very good with classic dishes and some more unusual ones
5
100% gluten-free certificate, friendly staff, nice location, and quality menu. We left full and satisfied, paying a really great price (appetizers, first courses, dessert, coffee, and drinks for 2: 60 euros). If we weren't just on vacation, we would come back every weekend.

100% Gluten free and really very good!!

I came here for dinner on my first night in Florence and it was fabulous - I walked out very full and very happy. I am celiac and also vegan, so I was naturally drawn by their 100% gluten free menu, but also by the variety of vegan options they offer! I had an early reservation so I was the first one there. The space was very nice and festive. The service fabulous. They brought gluten free bread to start which was delicious. I had an appetizer of almond ricotta and roasted veggie/olive pate with house made sesame breadsticks, followed by their house made gnocchi and ended with their vegan panna cotta topped with berries. It was honestly wonderful and I was stuffed!

Excellent food and a menu that varies according to seasonal availability. Totally gluten-free. A tasty certainty!

Quinoa has managed to satisfy various diners, whether gluten-free, lactose-intolerant, or vegetarian. In short, a table that is not simple to serve and satisfy. The menu offers various options, all characterized by the fact that they are ALWAYS GLUTEN-FREE. The dishes are sophisticated with unexpected flavor combinations and quality ingredients, which perhaps justifies the not too low prices. Some dishes that were overall good lacked a bit of zest, like the vegetarian medallion. The whipped cod was excellent. Overall, satisfied with this experience. When we return to Florence, we will try other dishes.

The restaurant Quinoa was a wonderful discovery! The environment is modern, bright, and welcoming, perfect for both a quiet dinner and a lunch with friends. The first thing that hits you is that the entire menu is completely gluten-free, without sacrificing flavor: every dish is meticulously prepared and full of taste, to the point that you almost forget the difference. The courses are creative, light yet satisfying, with very fresh ingredients and original pairings. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend and explain the daily specials. Fair prices for the quality and care that can be perceived in every dish. A place to remember not just for those who are celiac, but for anyone wanting to try good, healthy, and really well-made cuisine.

Curious discovery in the center of Florence. A completely gluten-free kitchen with truly delicious offerings like the octopus appetizer (🤤). I also had the mixed fried fish and cabbage which was worth every bit of the 24€ I spent, it was very tasty, abundant, and not too greasy. The only letdown was the drinks (the mojito tasted like water, and the passion fruit spritz was nothing special) but overall, a top experience. I will definitely return to try more dishes.

Restaurant discovered by chance. Access to the venue is through a very characteristic alley. The tables are placed in the inner courtyard and there are also those under cover. The manager, a woman, welcomes customers with grace and great friendliness. All the staff is truly professional and attentive. The menu is really interesting. Intriguing and unique dishes with quinoa as a key ingredient. All gluten-free. I had zucchini and quinoa fritters. A first course of buckwheat tagliolini with seafood and for dessert a spoon tiramisu. Everything was really delicious. Flavorful and tasty. Generous portions. They accept cash or card payments. The bathroom, on the second floor, is accessible by stairs or elevator. It was clean but could be improved in appearance. Overall, the venue remains a remarkable discovery that I highly recommend.

We were excited to eat at a 100% GF restaurant since 3 of us have Celiac. Our food was great but when we got the dessert menu, my father pointed to the cheesecake and asked if it was GF to confirm, and the waiter said “no.” We then panicked a bit and wondered if the bread and our dinners were GF. I believe they were, and perhaps the waiter misunderstood the question. Still, it was worrisome. If not for the lack of clarity in the food being 100% GF, I would give 5 stars.
5
I had dinner here with a group of friends. The place is very special, located inside a portico of a church, right in the center of Florence. For those who are celiac, everything here is gluten-free, plus they have dishes for both vegans and meat and fish. The staff is very kind and the food is excellent. I recommend it. Prices are appropriate for the location and the dishes.
5
Fantastic! It's not a chain. They literally have everything gluten free. Its amazing:) We ordered four different kinds of risotto and a tartar to share for the table and even the bread and the beer was gluten free and super tasty!!!
4
100% gluten-free restaurant. Very nice and well-kept inner courtyard, a bit of greenery almost makes you forget you are in the city center. Interesting selection of wines primarily from the surrounding area. We will return!

During a walk in the center of Florence, we accidentally stumbled upon Quinoa, a restaurant set in the picturesque surroundings of a 16th-century cloister, just a few steps from the Duomo. This space is an integral part of ZAP (Zona Aromatica Protetta), a project by the Municipality of Florence that promotes youth creativity and hosts cultural events throughout the year. The atmosphere is made even more special by the presence of an urban garden in the ZAP courtyard, curated by the Agricultural Cooperative of Legnaia, where one can dine surrounded by the scents of aromatic herbs. Quinoa is a 100% gluten-free restaurant. The menu offers dishes suitable for celiacs and vegans, combining the most traditional flavors with those of Eastern cuisine. I highly recommend Quinoa to anyone seeking a unique culinary experience in the heart of Florence, in an environment that celebrates culture and sustainability.

This place is a hidden gem and I am glad we paid a visit. They are 100% GF and so no worries Celiacs!! We started off with some Apertivo and then had the grilled octopus salad which was fantastic! We then got Fried Seafood(Large) and the Pad Thai. They were also very good!. The fried seafood is alot and probably could had half of it! Again we did not leave room for dessert but throughly enjoyed this place!!
5
The prices are in line with the environment and the service; I advise against going there during lunchtime when the nearby offices take their break and on Sunday for lunch. For the rest, it’s always my safe bet.
5
100% gluten free! All dishes are delicious and refined, with a very well-kept but informal atmosphere.
5
Cozy place, generous portions, very good. I went there for lunch, it's better to book. Gluten free, it's possible to eat vegetarian or vegan as well. Fast service, friendly and helpful staff.
5
Stunning location, varied menu and for all tastes, 100% gluten free. Abundant and excellent portions, excellent bread. Friendly and professional staff!
5
Everything is excellent and the staff is very kind.
5
Completely gluten-free restaurant, very welcoming environment and very friendly staff. For celiacs, it's a paradise, but I also recommend it to those who have no issues with gluten to try different and unique dishes.
4
great attention to the customer even though I ended up on an evening when they had 150 guests attending a convention. Tuscan bread SG without an aftertaste... a delight for those who appreciate the taste of flour without additives. The menu is good with traditional and ethnic dishes. The reason for the 4 stars is the selection of wines by the glass, which should be expanded since the list is otherwise good. Fair prices considering it is just steps from the cathedral.
5
I discovered it by chance but I will definitely go back when I visit Florence because I ate incredibly well! All the dishes are gluten-free and I really like that the menu offers both traditional dishes and international dishes, naturally gluten-free like Pad Thai.
5
Very kind and helpful staff. Very good food!! Recommended!
4
very good location and very attentive staff. some dishes better than others but still a guarantee
5
In the heart of Florence, refined cuisine, some dishes are even ethnic. Stunning desserts. 💯 percent gluten-free.
4
Good food, dishes not very complex but high-quality ingredients. The only downside: very slow service.
4
delicious food. welcoming staff. recommended

Wandering through a warm Florence searching for a gluten-free restaurant, we found this perfect place! Great central location, beautiful setting in a historic building, and very friendly and helpful staff. The dishes are unique, with South American or Asian cuisine; the ceviche and pad thai are excellent, as well as the curry chicken and the bites! Great wine selection, I recommend the BOH.
5
Everything is gluten-free but above all with an exceptional taste! I tried a great typical Tuscan stew (peposo) and the eggplant fritters. Impeccable service, very competitive prices. If you're passing through Florence, you must stop by Quinoa!
4
Absolutely gluten-free restaurant. We tried various dishes: vegetable flan, fried polenta, lasagna with artichokes, and peposo with purée (for me, Tuscan and not at all peppery, but it melted in the mouth). And finally, the sweet conclusion, my beloved and elusive Sephardic cake. The atmosphere is always beautiful; influencers might say it's cool 🤔😅, but I find it a "melting pot," which is not usual in Florence, considering it has been around for years. Wear your coat to go up to the bathroom because the temperature difference between the indoor dining area and the third floor with windows may be bothersome to some.
4
delicious food, excellent service. I'll be back soon!
5
a nice and quiet place, really great quality maybe slightly high prices but it's worth it. The menu is entirely gluten-free.
4
Restaurant or bar... it's not clear! I had breakfast in this place on a Monday morning where I was able to enjoy the beautiful garden (atrium). Nice, well-kept, and it felt great. We chose this place for the availability of gluten-free and also lactose-free products. Unfortunately, not being a real bar, there are no classic pastries for breakfast, but there are fresh cakes that easily substitute any croissant. We all chose the same lactose-free cake topped with melted dark chocolate (and a courtesy strawberry) to accompany with cappuccino, coffee, or orange juice. The cake was delicious, soft, and tasty. The staff was very kind to welcome us as well as to make the wifi available. The lunch menu was also excellent (very unique). The only note, perhaps, is that the prices are a bit high, justified by the presence of fresh and sought-after ingredients. All in all, within norms, nothing exaggerated. We reserve the possibility of returning for lunch and sampling the menu.
5
As a celiac, I love this restaurant; all the dishes are delicious and very refined. It’s a must-stop for anyone nearby to eat.😍
5
A unique experience that everyone should try. Everything is of high quality; from the location to the cuisine to the staff.
5
Restaurant discovered by chance, every now and then a joy! We ate deliciously, incredible to think how it was all gluten free! There is no difference in flavors! Recommended even for vegans, one of the rare times we enjoyed a vegan dessert! (It was a sort of sacher)
5
One of my favorite restaurants in Florence! They have a completely GLUTEN FREE menu, so to all the celiacs reading this review: if you want to eat really well and be sure that you won’t have an allergic reaction, you must stop by here! Overall, it's a truly beautiful place, the prices are medium-high, but believe me, I go back every time with pleasure because the price is 100% justified by the quality of the food (it’s all DELECTABLE), by the staff, by the choice of a completely gluten-free menu, by the central location (just a stone's throw from the Duomo), and by the setting, elegant, colorful, and clean, both outside and inside: one of my favorite spots among the restaurants in Florence that I've tried. I love you and I will always return with great pleasure to you.
5
Perfect place for those who are gluten intolerant and not just that. Highly recommended! The place is very nice, and the staff is welcoming and attentive. The entire kitchen is gluten-free. A must-visit in Florence!
5
Unquestionable quality with few but very well-prepared dishes that are abundant and truly well made. The location is also very beautiful, in a lovely courtyard just a short walk from Piazza Duomo. There are dishes suitable for celiacs as well as for vegans and non-vegans, with meat substitutes cooked to perfection or meat dishes. In short, a restaurant that satisfies everyone without compromising on flavor. Average prices, but consider that the dishes are single-plate servings, so for about 15/20 euros per person, you can eat well.
5
Entirely gluten-free menu, also very attentive to other allergies and intolerances. The cloister where the outdoor tables are located is spectacular! Excellent food and very kind staff, I often return for lunch or dinner.
4
Special menu, warm bread and breadsticks, all gluten-free (no need to ask for confirmations). Highlight dish: fried chicken. Very nice environment, like a winter garden with a glass window facing the courtyard. Excellent service. Cleanliness: good.
5
I discovered Quinoa by chance while searching for gluten-free restaurants, and it was a lovely surprise!!! I went there for lunch and also for dinner!! For celiacs, it’s the best, everything is strictly gluten-free and also great for those who want tasty dishes presented in a special way!!! Even the desserts are very, very good! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and very helpful!!!! I highly recommend it!!!

In the center of Florence, in a very beautiful setting, there is the Quinoa Restaurant with gluten-free cuisine. You can dine outdoors in the cloister or indoors in beautiful rooms with colorful, bright stained glass; it is important for those with celiac issues to choose from many dishes, without having to settle for just a few options as happens in other restaurants.
3
Very nice place, courteous and friendly service. Dishes more than acceptable. Dessert nothing special. Limited wine list. Everything is gluten-free and there are various vegetarian options. High price. I would return for an aperitif.

Discovered on a friend's suggestion, I was looking for a place to eat with a gluten intolerant friend. We arrived at QUINOA and it was a pleasant surprise, everything absolutely gluten-free, with dishes that are also vegetarian and vegan. Now, I am an omnivore, but I must say that everything was above my expectations. Good food. Efficient and quick service. Everyone was smiling. Pleasant environment. Just to recommend, and I will definitely return very soon.
