There is a selection of gluten-free dishes on the menu, both for brunch and lunch. At the counter, there was only one product and it wasn't particularly good. The staff was very attentive and kind, but the waiting times were a bit long.

very kind staff and abundant satisfying food, but my daughter with celiac disease ordered a gluten-free hamburger and after taking two bites of the bun, they told us that the bread contained gluten and that they had made a mistake. We had also specified over the phone the presence of a celiac person, so such a mistake should absolutely not happen.

I found this place searching for "gluten-free restaurants Bologna". I called to make sure I could eat gluten-free, and I was told that the entire menu was gluten-free. From the photos, I saw pasta dishes, bruschetta, etc. When I arrived, I ordered two tartares and two crostoni since the pasta dishes were not available gluten-free. The waitress mistakenly brought me the wrong crostone, exchanging it with another one, and the two tartares were definitely horrible. Tasteless. Excessive expense. Poor quality.

Bistro in the center of Bologna, with few seating places, but a nice outdoor area on Via degli Orefici. Takeaway and home delivery service available. A wide choice of food for vegetarians and vegans. All preparations are 100% gluten-free. I only had an aperitif: beer and fruit smoothie, accompanied by a handful of chips. For the service offered, especially with long wait times, the price is high. The venue has a bathroom service.

For being a bistro in the center of Bologna, the quality-price ratio is really very good. Excellent vegan and gluten-free dishes prepared on the spot (the burgers are highly recommended), served with courtesy and accompanied by every care... on an unexpectedly cold Sunday, in addition to the 'lamp', we were given a soft blanket to put on our laps.
