The waiter I spoke to was able to indicate which dishes I could eat (really few: no dish that was cooked and all without sauces or fish roe), I asked if it was possible to have some gluten-free soy sauce and I received it at the table. Unfortunately, it will be an isolated case, I did not eat any of the courses I had ordered in company with the person who was with me because everything arrived staggered by several tens of minutes. Crucially, we looked at each other while we ate. The place is very beautiful.

Very nice place right in the center of Bologna. Excellent welcome from the staff and service. Good food; we had the tasting menu composed of six dishes plus dessert. The dishes were not large, as one would expect from a tasting of 6/7 courses. We really liked 5 of the dishes, a bit less the first and the last. If I were to return, I would surely order the tuna rolls (Atlantico) and the tortilla with salmon and avocado (tostada de salmão). The manager was very kind to replace one dish containing dairy with another due to my lactose intolerance. The price for the tasting is €38. We also ordered a Picanha and chicken to share with the children. I must say the first was really good while the second was average. The bill was just over €60 per person, considering we had a cocktail and some water to drink. Overall, I would say it’s a place definitely worth trying despite the slightly above-average price.
