very good cassone and piadina!

Great piadinas, the cassoni didn't blow me away.

few gluten-free choices but delicious! Absolutely recommended for a quick lunch or dinner.

I expected a bit more choice, but the food is very good; I recommend it for a quick lunch or dinner!

A somewhat disappointing experience. The herb cassone was very good, while the sausage and potato one was a bit bland. It's commendable that there were gluten-free cassoni and piadine, although that one also turned out to be a bit tasteless according to the celiac in our group. The most disappointing part was that not all the cassoni listed on the menu were available, especially the sweet ones that were supposed to have jam filling with squacquerone and figs, which were nonexistent.
5
Great experience! Possibility to order both the box and the piadina with various flavors and options, gluten-free dough, also gluten-free and lactose-free together. For dessert, they offer a tartlet from an artisan bakery.

I have been to both this location and the other one in Via Zamboni. I also had the same good experience here. The quality of the elements is decent to good. Great choice to have gluten-free options without additional charges, at least from what I noticed. Regarding the gluten-free dough, similar to the location in Via Zamboni, I couldn't understand if it is made and rolled by them on-site (like the standard dough) or if it is purchased pre-made and then handled by them. All in all, a good dough, a nice alternative to a classic sandwich. In this case, I found a bright environment with plenty of seating, great for a lunch break or to spend a pleasant hour. Competent, present, professional, and smiling staff. They manage the workload very well during peak hours, which is not to be taken for granted. Kudos to the whole staff!

Great for a piadina or a quick cassone.

We waited exactly an hour for a piadina! The cashier and workers were absolutely inadequate. The gluten-free piadina was practically empty and the turkey ham inside was frozen! In short, never again! Never, ever again.

I got the gluten free cassone with mixed greens, mozzarella and Parmigiano cheese and I have to say the dough was pretty good. It's really hard to find good GF flour-based products and this one really didn't disappoint. On the other hand, the filling was quite flavourless, noticeably less the normal cassone, which is quite unfortunate. I think some small adjustments to the filling would make me change this review to 5☆ , in the meantime I'm sticking to 3☆.

I really enjoyed finding both piadina and cassoni, even in a gluten-free version, super inclusive! The vegan and vegetarian options are also really appreciated. The only thing I would improve is the payment moment: it would be useful if they asked what kind of dough you want, since some contain lard and therefore are not suitable for vegetarians. It would also be nice to see more vegan alternatives on the menu, but overall I definitely recommend it!
5
A beautiful place, welcoming and with a wide variety of options 🤍 I really appreciated the possibility of choosing the dough with EVO oil, a rarity that's hard to find in other places.. Plus, the presence of vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free, and gluten-free options is a real strength.. Highly recommended!! ✨
4
Great dough for both piadine and cassoni. The flavors are very good, they should just be a bit more filling. Anyway, I recommend it!
4
Good piadinas even with little filling, the cassoni weren’t the best.

Pleasant discovery of this place in the center of Bologna, I was really impressed by the high quality of the ingredients and the possibility to choose among different types of dough (including spelt and olive oil, gluten-free, wholemeal, classic). Very kind and competent staff. In this place, they also make the cassone, which is essentially a closed piadina filled with a variety of options. Definitely worth trying!
4
I took the menu that includes roasted potatoes, a drink, and a cassone. I chose the one with vegetables. Quite good for being gluten-free but very minimally filled. There are several flavors to choose from, fair prices, and a lot of attention to preventing contamination. Friendly staff.
4
Very good and large cassoni, but poorly filled.
5
Everything is delicious, gluten-free cassoni and piadine prepared with great care to avoid contamination. Our trusted comfort food.
4
A suitable place for quick consumption on-site or takeaway. There is a good selection of gluten-free piadine or cassoni.

very good

Great products in this place, especially surprised by the filling, abundant and of excellent quality. I had the gluten-free piadina; I was expecting the classic Romagna style, a bit thicker, but the one made here has a normal thickness. However, guys, what a filling, abundant and tasty... a solid 10 with honors... My family had the regular one and they liked it a lot too. Service in reasonable time, especially considering the large crowd at lunchtime. There are few tables inside. Convenient the kiosk for ordering independently.
5
A very well-organized place, a cordial welcome, and fast service. Unbeatable prices for healthy food suitable for vegetarians and those with gluten intolerance.
5
I had a gluten-free box and I really liked it. The price is the same as those with gluten, and I really appreciated that.
4
Gluten-free food without contamination. Good piadinas and cassoni, but not very filled. Affordable prices. Friendly staff.

gluten-free piadinas that are good and very varied, recommended for a quick lunch

I had dinner at Bello Garno during a quiet Sunday evening (there were only two people in the place). Upon arrival, I chose my calzone and then noticed that, just for Sunday, the gluten-free calzone with speck was discounted by 20%. Great deal! I immediately noticed some disorder among the staff to the point that a delivery person, just arrived and ready to pick up the product, had to wait 10 minutes and was told, "if you want, refuse the order." Respectful toward the courier? Respectful toward the customer? I don’t think so. Anyway, we ordered an herb calzone with sausage and water, and a gluten-free tomato and mozzarella calzone with water. The regular calzone was excellent, served hot, crispy, tasty, and very filling. In contrast, the gluten-free calzone was flat and empty. It was good, but definitely less appetizing and cared for than the regular version. A downside for the total lack of lactose-free products: not sustainable. Another downside for the staff: the feeling of disorder I had at the beginning was confirmed at the time of ordering. I personally asked to use the "lottery for receipts," and the cashier replied that he didn’t know and asked a colleague who, in turn, mumbled something under his breath. I had to ask if it could be done, and the answer was, "yes, but we don’t know how to do it." Well, it’s okay, but it’s very bad not to know how to use your own cash register. So, we move on to ordering the gluten-free calzone: we ask for the speck calzone offer, and once again, the cashier asks the colleague, who replies that they have run out of the speck calzone. Meanwhile, however, I see something moving in the kitchen and see a calzone being pulled out while saying softly, "we have one here" (I didn’t understand if it was sausage or speck). At the counter, however, we are told that the speck calzone is finished, so we decide to try the herb one instead. Result? After various requests, that one is finished too. In short, we decided on the tomato and mozzarella one. Upon pickup, however, there was a feeling of "I don’t know how to do this" the entire time: first, they asked for the reminder disk, then the receipt, then they gave me the receipt back, then they asked if I had anything else (yes, I had something else), then they didn’t give me back the disk even though I had something else... in short, total chaos. Chaos perceived by others as well, who commented, "tonight, they don’t understand anything." Nothing to say about the location: nice, simple, cozy but impactful. Overall, I recommend this place because it allows you to eat something simple yet substantial quickly. Prices might be a bit high for what you get (after all, it’s a folded flatbread) but still acceptable.

Delicious gluten-free piada. Wide selection of ingredients to fill piadine and cassoni from Rimini. Knowledgeable and attentive staff, high safety standards. They offer the possibility to buy the artisanal piadina they use, so you can fill it yourself at home. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to visit the center of Bologna.

Good food ideal for a quick lunch
5
One of the best gluten-free offers in Bologna, the only one for piadina, which is also very good. Attentive and ready staff for everything.
5
Gluten-free piadine and cassoni, top quality. Very attentive to contamination. The products for filling the piadine are fresh and tasty. There are seats available but also for takeout. They also offer gluten-free beers, and cassoni/piadine to buy and take home!

super good
4
good cassone even if not produced by them unlike the piadine
5
great piadina from Rimini and also the cassone. although I preferred the piadina for personal taste. great location.
4
They close early in the evening but the SG cascione is good; unfortunately, piadine were not available.
4
Everything is great, prices and food are good 👍🏻 The dough for the piadine is fresh, just say the flavor from the menu and add the gluten-free option.
5
Gluten-free!! Great for eating something quick in the center of Bologna! The price is fair and above all, no surcharge for gluten-free options.
5
Excellent gluten-free piadina and crescione prepared in a separate space! Please make sure to stop by!

Very nice and well-kept place. Friendly and professional staff. The food was good, almost average, but not worth €6.20: I ordered a gluten-free cassone with speck, potatoes, and mozzarella, but it was empty. Looking at the other cassones, which were full, I was more than disappointed. It goes without saying that that thing did not fill me up at all. Would I recommend going there? No. Come to my house, and I'll make it better for you!
4
The piadine and cassoni SG are excellent! Quick and kind!
5
Great piadina, and it really seems like the real piadina! Recommended!
5
Fantastic. The staff is super knowledgeable. For the box, they have packaged products. The piadina is fresh and can be filled with cold cuts/salad/cheese. Of course, the dressing is limited compared to gluten-filled options, but it’s quite respectable.

Recently discovered, a friend took me here. I had the gluten-free piadina as I am celiac; it's not AIC certified, but they have adhered to all gluten-free protocols. I'm crossing my fingers... I would say the gluten-free piadina is very good and the raw materials are also good. Those who were with me had the gluten variant and were told it was very good... I am asking the owner :) since you are expanding, I hope you can carve out a spot for gluten-free options so we can come here safely :)
