Libra is a unique experience. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the equipment, to the service, to the presentation of the dishes, culminating in the great protagonist: the food. Each course is unique, balanced, perfect. The staff pampers the customer at every moment of the meal, from start to finish. The Goduria cream, I will definitely come back for it. I have been celiac for twenty years and I have had very few culinary experiences like this in that time. The price is higher than the city average, but it's a gift that once in a while is nice to give yourself, if you can.

A distinctly unique approach to food and cooking. I like it. A lot. To be tried with great awareness or with great curiosity and open-mindedness. Maximum attention to the SG with a wide selection in the menu.

The venue is Aic certified, but the dishes are a bitterness. In reality, the restaurant's goal is not flavor, but to create light cuisine. However, without the lightness, nothing remains, except pretentiousness. The attempt at carbonara was particularly unsuccessful, as the gluten-free version is truly disastrous. At least you know what to avoid if you find yourself there. The lunch was considered a failure even by non-celiac diners. If the cuisine is light, the price, on the other hand, is very steep.

Certified gluten-free options replace all dishes on the menu: I came here specifically because I am celiac. However, we had a very interesting and, I would say, different experience from the usual. I recommend it if you are looking for something different, maybe even healthy, but not if you want to savor traditional flavors because the philosophy here is a bit different, focusing on health (while still being tasty, I appreciate the philosophy, but you can definitely feel it). We had a lunch menu with a first course, second course, water, cover charge, coffee + dessert to take away. It was good, yes, but I expected a bit more for the prices and the presentation. Also, they forgot to give the final jam as a complimentary gift that they said was included. I don't know if I would go back there specifically if I had to return to Bologna, but I appreciated it.

I have been celiac for almost twenty years, and in all this time I had never found a truly satisfying gluten-free restaurant... then I met Libra, and everything changed! I love dining at this restaurant, enjoying appetizers, first courses, main courses, and desserts without ever feeling weighed down. Just extremely satisfied and fulfilled. I recommend it to everyone, especially to those, like me, who cannot eat gluten!

I often return to the Libra restaurant and it's always an incredible experience! The fact that I go to the restaurant and know that I will eat delicious dishes that are also good for me puts me at ease a lot! A restaurant with a menu that really thinks of everyone without sacrificing flavor! They even have gluten-free pizza! I love you! Highly recommended!!!
