Excellent sushi! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have many options, and you can ask to make some dishes gluten-free (except for the fried items). A pleasant discovery, I will return.

I went to this Japanese all-you-can-eat restaurant and I was really satisfied: very good dishes, fast service, and a good variety of vegetarian options. The only observation concerns the "Vegan Uramaki" section of the menu: some rolls in that category contain Philadelphia, which is an animal-derived cheese. I asked for confirmation hoping it was a plant-based version, but unfortunately, it isn’t. In the allergens, the presence of milk is correctly indicated, but the title of the section can be misleading, both for those following a vegan diet and for those with intolerances or allergies. It would be appropriate to correct or rephrase the wording, to avoid mistakes or unpleasant situations.

We tested yet another sushi place in Bologna in search of the best gluten-free AYCE sushi. The venue is located in an easily accessible area, but finding parking can be quite difficult (especially during peak hours). It has a small private parking lot that can accommodate only 4 cars. As soon as you step inside, the atmosphere is the classic sushi vibe, with well-placed tables in a somewhat dark and gloomy environment. Nothing to say about the food: excellent sushi with fresh fish, rice that’s not too sticky and easy to digest. The selection of fried foods and hot dishes is also great. However, the lunch menu has significantly fewer dishes than the dinner menu, which I find a bit too limited. Update: I regularly return to Mika and am always satisfied. However, it is worth noting that on weekends (including Friday) the dinner costs €26.90, which becomes €28.90 with cover charge. Add water at €2.80, and you end up at €30 per person. I’d say that’s perhaps a bit too much....
