I have had gluten-free pinsa many times, and I have never had any problems. I find it really very good, as well as easily digestible.

GENIUS FIND!!! Congratulations to the owner of this pizzeria because he has managed to differentiate himself from the competition. The idea of "meter-long pizza" is clever, the venue is entirely themed, with wall decorations that indeed remind of rulers. Spacious location. Notable variety of pizzas, all of which can also be made GLUTEN FREE. All pizzas are really very good and tasty. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

March 23, 2023. Specializing in "pizza by the meter," which means rectangular pizzas of varying lengths. The type of organization is oriented towards takeout service. Orders at the table are made on a sheet with all services already pre-printed, to be selected. Appreciable is the commitment towards those with certain intolerances (gluten/lactose). Many pizzas without red tomato. The pizza dough is well risen and the crust is slightly crunchy when baked. Very good. I also tried a sweet treat (the gonfiotto with pistachio cream and mascarpone) which is a mini sandwich filled with creams...a delicacy! The environment is straightforward, standardized for a young clientele. Very crowded on Saturdays and Sundays.

We have had dinner at this place many times. The pizza is excellent and is very easy to digest. My wife is celiac and the gluten-free pizza is truly the best. At the table, Jessica entertains us, effortlessly and with a truly innate charm, taking orders and bringing the pizzas... few people are so natural in being kind. Thank you, Jessica.
